Location and helpful staff

The owner (Ruby and her mother) is very nice and helpful. I like the location of hotel which is very near to the center like 5 mins by walk. Our room is so clean and comfortable.

I had to check out early in the morning and the doors were locked. There should be available front desk staff 24 7 because I almost missed my bus trying to get out

only a few minutes walk to the Ancient Hoi An Town. The owner very friendly, gave each room a box of Cafe Pho a departing gift !

location was good, i wish for more fluffy pillows, it was too flat for me. forgot to request for extra ones to add to the allocated one pillowto prevent my acid reflux.

The bed is a bit hard for me. Some squeaky sound too on the bed. Giving me uncomfortable night to sleep.

In such a good location with the friendliest staff - a 1 minute walk into Hoi an old town and into the markets! We stayed 5 nights in Hoi an and would 100% recommend!

Mildew on blinds and its strong odor in room made my wife sick. We changed to new hotel hours later. No refund was offered even though staff knew our reason for leaving.

The location is superb! It is right on the edge of the old town but just away from all the noisy bars and busy streets and it overlooks the river.

The only thing would be the wet room bathroom which was a bit annoying having wet floors after showering, but not a major.

Its a house basically, location is amazing and its 1 minute walk to Old town and Markets. View from balcony is amazing with River view. Its good stay. However don't expect Hotel like facilities. Its sufficient for a family or even single travellers. Host are decent.

Thought we booked a river view room, this is part of a month long trip, but indeed got a city view, with balcony. Room had a very musty oder, thank goodness a/c helped mask it. Plaster falling off wall.

It is a family business. They are kind hearted people. My husband is a coffee lover. They gifted him with a kilogram of coffee, because he mentioned the taste of the high Quality coffee in the room.Willingly assisted us in getting around in Hoi An. I would suggest you organise your tour bookings with them, as they are easy to deal with. The room was spotlessly clean. Coffee, tea and 2 bottle water supplied everydayIt is alongside the river and 2 minutes walk to the Night Market. Well located.Honest and humble people

The swimming pool in reception area.Not a swim pool in my opinion. You sit in the pool and watch the traffic and people walking by.

The property was really nice and all the attractions were easy to reach. The owners were really nice and helpful. They helped in arranging our transportation to Danang.

Close to the town centre - not right in the middle of the town- very quiet

Staff, location, price, comfort.Is a nice hotel for short stays. Better for solo travel, but still ok for couples. Next to the commercial and tourist area but quiet and comfortable.Nice hotel.....

Pool, is not pool. Is for refresh your feet.

The location is excellent. Short walk to town. The host is lovely. It is run by a family and all 3 are sweet. They talk to our family like it is their own. Would come back

We like it's location which is only 3 minutes walk to Hoi An Ancient City, food Restaurant around and got a river in font of hotel. For the hotel room aspect, everything is good but the stuff arrangement not put in order, whereby the floor carpet should be put outside of the bath room. But it is put inside the bath room and definitely it get wet when the bath room is in used.

Although there got river in front of hotel but there got no much activities on this part of the river. All activities including the lantern boat only can see in the upper part of the river that found in ancient city. .

The receptionist greeted us warmly, supplied information about numerous tourist destinations, recommended eateries, and even organized a low-cost car rental for our return to Da Nang.

I recognize that the construction and refurbishment of the building next to the hotel has produced noise in the morning, which is beyond their control. However, because we traveled in the morning, it did not cause any problems. The hotel made every effort to provide outstanding service, so I believe the noise pollution from the nearby building was beyond their control. If I visit Hoi An again, I will still choose to stay here.

Ruby was very polite on arrival. It’s a nice location and kind of quaint. It’s a shame the rooms are so dated and smell like mould… cannot recommend.

Smelled like mould in both rooms. I have read other reviews that say the same. It’s obviously an issue they need to address. A real shame because the owners are nice people. But when you’re on vacation, you don’t want to have to “accept” rooms that smell mouldy.

Hotel is beautiful with Hoi An river in front. Location is so perfect as it’s so near from Hoi An old town. Loved the facility of the hotel including cycling, coconut forest trip package and airport drop. Hotel Owners as staffs are very kind, friendly and supportive.
