    • breakfast was amazing, the loft room was a bit tight for our liking. I did enjoy the bed upstairs, but the living area felt cramped. and I would prefer sink in bathroom
    • incredible place with top tier amenities. breakfast buffet was delicious with so many varieties of vietnamese food everyday. staff was wonderful!
    • Spa was very good. We upgraded our room for no split level and got a very nice room.Location is great, walking distance to old town. Staff was excellent, very helpful especially MY at the front desk.

    Cons -

    • sink in the main area, a bit cramped. The wifi was awful and didn't work half the time.
    • Split level room was not described when I booked; bedroom upstairs and living and bathroom are downstairs. We had to upgrade in order to have room with bathroom one same level
    • On site restaurant is lacking. Food quality was marginal, price for value is not good. This was a shock for us, we had anticipated better

Location is great! Beautiful hotel. The rooms are dated and a little dark, but otherwise quite nice. Bathrooms are ok- very basic for a 5 star hotel in this price range. The star attraction of this hotel is the pool as you can see in the stock photos. Service is pretty good. Location is wonderful, and the gardens are quite nice and beautifully maintained. I requested a change from the superior/Loft room I booked because it had too many stairs and the bedroom upstairs was a bit claustrophobic inducing. Too many step ups and step downs to the bathroom and back which I didn’t appreciate. And the WiFi didn’t work either. After requesting the front desk to change my room, initially I was met with resistance and told if I changed, I’d have to pay an additional fee, which was considerable. I requested the staff speak to the manager, who to his credit, he did, and they ended up changing my room to a regular room. This wasn’t as nice or had any special features, but at least it was less stairs and step ups and downs. Probably a room with a lesser rate than I originally paid, but I was pleased they honored my request. We used the spa and that was ok. Very expensive for the money we spent, but it was nice to have a facility to unwind right on the premises. Breakfast buffet is quite good. Enjoyed the yogurt and the muesli, fresh herbs and vegetables from their garden (which we didn’t see or spot on the premises), a decent selection of local fruits and a range of Korean and Vietnamese options.

I liked the check-in process with beautiful lobby facing the interior pools and lounge areas and nice staff.I loved the reflexology wading pool walking/meditation area. This is very progressive and ahead of all other hotels in wisdom and healing powers of barefoot grounding. Nobody used this perfection accept me because most people are hesitant and weird and behind about barefoot practices.

The room was a loft room. Feels crowded and awkward. Very nice quality interior and design and bathrooms.Even after walking up the steps there is an additional step to reach the bed platform (this is very dangerous when waking to use the restroom at night!, I caught myself from falling only because I am very physically fit.) skip it!And the walls and flooring are not soundproof which allows you to hear the late night kitchen work below and hallway voices too.I left early to another hotel and wasted one night of payment. We recommend that you Choose the non-loft rooms and choose room away from kitchen and bring earplugs.

Clean and comfortable with wonderful breakfast, pool and spa.

Staff was very nice, even made us private breakfast when we missed the time, and let us take some food to our room to eat later. The room was very spacious and luxurious, and the pool was excellent. The gym was nice for a hotel but could be better for a hotel claiming to promote wellness

Nothing major, but the stairs inside the room are aplenty and could be difficult to use when tired. The system to control the hot / cold water in the sinks and shower were kinda weird as well

Location is very nice as it’s just outside old town. You get a quiet place in walking distance from the main area.Rooms are spacious and well kept, everyone was so kind and helpful. If we go back to hoi an we will consider staying here again!

We had to change our arrival dates on our non refundable reservation and the resort accommodated the request without any additional fees. This resort is gorgeous and the pool is obviously the star of the show. We had one of the loft rooms and it was one of our favorite stays of our trip to Vietnam. The breakfast was the best and the croissants were almost as good as some of our favorite French bakeries. My only regret is that we didn't stay longer.

You are a little further out of the old town, which some people might not like, but I think the distance made it a more peaceful atmosphere.

I loved how I had everything that I needed taken care of, currency exchange, clothes pressed and loaning me an adapter. I came a day earlier then I was supposed to and the staff took great care of me until my group arrived. I'm 72 yrs old and that was very important.

There wasn't anything that I found disappointing.

    10TimothyPosted on: 7-27-2025

Great location on the edge of the old town. Just outside the busy part of Hoi An old town but a short easy walk into old town. Staff were fantastic very attentive friendly and helpful.

Staff were great in organising tours and tickets for us.

    6TimothyPosted on: 5-18-2025

The hotel was comfortable. Most of the staff lovely. Breakfast excellent.

Staff need training in customer relations. I witnessed several 'odd' exchanges and my friend was the brunt of a staff joke behind his back, the staff member unaware that I watched the entire exchange, and when she realised she was caught out, kept away from our table. It was unprofessional and completely unacceptable. I was appalled. On this occasion, and because of this incident I cannot recommend this hotel.

We loved our rooftop jacuzzi room, great way to cool down in the jacuzzi at the end of the day The bed and pillows were so comfortable and room was clean and spacious The pool was wonderful. The staff were so friendly and helpful especially the staff at the pool bar.

Very relaxing atmosphere - great pool and spa. Breakfast was lovely, lots of choice. Very attentive staff who gave good recommendations of places to go and things to do.

We got a room upgrade so can’t comment on the loft rooms. It is a 15 minute walk to the old town / river with the lanterns but that didn’t bother us.

One of the best hotels in Hoi An, excellent European restaurant with renowned chef ! Breakfasts are not quite replenished in time so you often have to wait.

The absolutely fundamental problem is the zero soundproofing of the rooms and the common corridor, so any noise in the long corridor you hear in the room as if the door were open and often very disturbing until midnight.

    8TarynPosted on: 4-25-2025

Great location close to old town, the pool was lovely and staff were great

Rooms were a little dated but spacious and clean

    7SophiePosted on: 4-25-2025

Excellent location, 15 min walk to the old town. Free shuttle bus to their private beach and back!

Not a 5 star hotel - staff using hands to replenish the food at the breakfast buffet, fraying towels, no plug sockets by the beds
