Cozy Savvy Hoi An, The Quintessence of Exquisite Retreat

Great location which is walking distance to old town. Lots of nail/massage places nearby. Great rooftop pool to cool off in. The staff were incredibly helpful (especially Tracey). They were always welcoming and helpful with great tips. They were also so kind to our children and even arranged some special food for our 7 month old.

Nothing! We enjoyed our time there.

Breakfast was delicious, I especially enjoyed the pork belly dish. Location was quiet and peaceful.

All the staffs were very friendly and helpful, especially Annie, she was kind, friendly and helpful. We got a lot of information from her and it made our first trip in Hoi An memorable!

Super friendly and helpful staff. The property is a walkable distance to old town and provides easy access to many restaurants, cafes, bars, pubs, etc.

The rooms are not necessarily sound proofed. You can occasionally hear noise from other rooms but it was not a problem. Just noting it for the noise sensitive sleepers.

Pool area, breakfast and esp. the staff… in particular Nancy was very helpful , kind and professional!

Room could have been slightly better maintained …. eg some moldy grout.

This hotel was a fabulous place in a quiet location that was just a 10 minute walk away from the busy areas. The staff were friendly and helpful without being overbearing about it, the breakfast buffet slightly changed every day which was appreciated, and the salt coffee was incredible. Of all the nice hotels we've stayed at in our travels throughout Vietnam, this is the only one we'd happily come back to.

A lovely place to stay with very friendly staff, big rooms and decently priced. Not too far a walk from the city market area.

The staff was excellent.

We arrived in the middle of a flood. I know that it was not the locations fault but it smelled all thru out the area. The breakfast was very limited.

The staff at Cozy Savvy truly ensure you have a home away from home feeling. We loved Lyn's recommendations for local restaurants and tailors, Hannah and Tammy always greeted us so kindly and checked in with me every day after I felt sick one night. Emily, the restaurant manager, was very passionate about coffee and made delicious drinks we'll remember for sure. She also provided a great crafting workshop to make grasshoppers out of coconut leaves, during which she also showed us how to brew Vietnamese coffee at home. The rooms were also very nice and clean, breakfast was delicious (Danny's omelets were a real hit), but overall the staff made our visit in Hoi An truly wonderful! We will be back when we visit again.

However the pool was closed for the days we were there (29-July to 01-Aug) - we could only use it briefly on the 1st day. Given what I paid that was disappointing and I did not get offered any compensation? I would prefer that booking.com knew that (and I anticipate you will give a corporate auto-response "that you make every effort, but you rely on local staff to inform you etc"). We had plenty to do as Hoi An is a great place to visit - but at same time in high temp & very high humidity not to be able to use the rooftop pool for an hour at end of the day was disappointing. I expect better from booking.com to know and to flag it. I made quit some bookings with you for this Asia trip, and it was irritating to start off our vacation in VN in this way.

It has been a pleasant stay at the hotel. Good value. Good interior and serene small garden. Good hospitality from the staff.It was located in a quiet area, away from the crowd. But a short cycling distance to the old town. Good massage experience.Bicycles are available for guests who wish to cycle to the old town.

Tracy was very nice and introduced us every spots around the hotel! The room is nice and clean, you can find good food and cafe near the hotel. It’s also very close to the ancient town, in general a nice hotel with good location.

The sound proof of the room could be improved, you can hear the music next door

The breakfast had a wide array of items. All items were continually restocked. Food was great. Danny making omelets was a highlight.

I guess it could have been cooler in the eating area. It was fine but sometimes I was desperate for AC.

Pool and room was great. Breakfast is great. The free bikes were such a nice touch and made staying a bit out of the old town perfect.

We asked the front desk to book us a sleeper bus to Dalat which they got us two tickets. A driver picked us up the meet the bus. We didn’t get tickets which isn’t abnormal for Vietnam but when we got on the bus the bus staff tried to tell us we bought one bed and to share. We’re both giant like 182 and 187 cm and we bought two tickets. They demanded so we tried to call and message and email property and they didn’t answer. Luckily we just refused because they replied in morning saying we did but two tickets for two beds (staff was trying to rip us off and have a bed for themselves to sleep in). But sucks we had to fight w bus staff using translate without help or ticket confirmation

This is literally the best hotel you can book in Hoi An. Exceptional and friendly service and very knowledgeable staff. Location 5 minutes by FREE bicycle to the old town. Spa was perfect. Breakfast was super good. And the room was so goood in terms of design (vietnamese) and cleanliness and comfort. I don't think there will be other competition that can give this much of value for money. And plus, it looked really pretty with lots of greens and flowers. Will definitely come back here one day!

Fantastic property. Quiet and serene while still very close to the hustle and bustle of the old quarter and night market. Property offers bicycles for getting around the city free of charge. The staff took a lot of care and arrange different things for our stay and recommend several delicious places to eat and helped arrange for a photo session as well.The breakfast buffet that was included was superb and sometimes exceeded the quality of Michelin recommended restaurants in bigger cities. Tracy and Joy, made our stay very special and took extra care in ensuring we had a wonderful and safe stay in Hoi An. Would highly recommend.

The hotel is located strategically near the tourist locations of Hoi An. It's well maintained and has a good breakfast buffet spread. The rooms are clean and exactly as you see them in the Booking.com app. The hospitality was great, the team also gave us hot towels and drinks during check-in. You can blindly book a room in this hotel without much thinking.

Loved the rooftop pool that overlooked the river. Excellent breakfast and close enough to the town to be a nice walk but far enough away to be away from all the commotion of the popular downtown Hoi An
