Great service, amenities, breakfast, and staff attitude

The staff were so friendly . The beach is just across the road and the pool on the roof had a fantastic view.

The fitness center needs a bench and new bike

This hotel is on the outskirts of town. For our family of 5 we loved having the option of coming to this quiet area and hopping right onto the beach at An Bang. They offer a free shuttle into town at certain times and that worked perfectly. They accommodated our family of five and got to know all our girls. Free massage for one person is a bonus. The massages to pay are a bit expensive so we did choose to go into the ancient town for foot massages for the family. I needed to go to the bank so they helped put me on a back of a scooter to zip over. They also shipped clothes we got made at 45thu Trailer as well as other purchases we had accumulated home. Sen and the team were always so friendly and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The staff where amazing, so friendly,happy and helpful in everyway possible.Large very clean rooms with ocean view.The in house massage spa service was first class , maybe the best I've experenced , very professional qualified staff.Massive selection of food at the breakfast buffet which is included.The beach area is very quiet and great to relax and unwind, also awesome time had at the roof top pool with magnificent views right along the coast line.A great stay.

All good, nothing to dislike about the hotel.

Absolutely everything. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the nicest of people. They really couldn’t have done anymore for us. One of our party had a visa mix up and arrived a day late, and they said it was fine and that they would not be charged for the first night. What a nice way to set the tone for the holiday. Just book it and stay here, it’s an amazing place. Thank you so much to all of you that made the trip so incredible

Had a wonderful time, so good that we even extended our stay. All staff were very helpful, friendly and caring (also ensured safe storage of our motorbikes). Lovely rooftop pool, private and quiet beach across the road, free bicycles to rent (satisfactory condition) and free shuttle bus to city and An Bang beach. Reception staff helpful with organising motorbikes for rent which were a good value and excellent condition. Great shower in the room. Massage by Na was just amazing. Lovely little outdoor cafe right next to the hotel.

The upstairs gym is an open place with lounge and small children's play area which might not be ideal for everyone but we did not use these facilities.

Very lovely pool, but very small pool area. Having to climb over peoples sun loungers to get into the pool.

They were really good and they had the private beach where we really enjoyed. I also liked the shuttle service provided by them to The old town and Aan bang beach. They also allowed for late check out which was very helpful and the staffs were very friendly

The shuttle was ideal to get to the main town. Loved being by the beach, with their own seats. The staff were amazing, knew our names and even called us one day when we missed breakfast to make sure we were okay! It was an easy place to stay.

The only little bug bear was the WiFi wasn't the strongest, so if you need it keep that in mind as it kept dropping out, but if that doesn't bother you then it's a great place!

The room need a better double bed witch they was too small if we have a kid. At least they should have a better option, and the trim needed a good new pant on the wall,

Fabulous stay, overlooking a quiet sandy and calm beach. We were concerned that it may be out of the way of Hoi An town action, but in fact it was probably the best option for us. We could easily get into town and beyond using Grab, costing us between NZ$4-6 per trip, as well as the free hotel shuttle. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet met our needs - there were a few "western" options including your choice of eggs cooked to order and many local-style dishes. The staff got to know what we wanted and anticipated our needs.The rooftop pool was perfectly sized for sitting and soaking enjoying the fabulous view or lounging under the umbrellas. We enjoyed well-priced cocktails there a couple of times too. The weekend was busier, we just had to time it right to get a seat, but there was always the option to visit the beach.We really enjoyed our stay here as our first introduction to Vietnam and would definitely choose this hotel again.

The rooms were lovely and clean. Great views and the air conditioning was excellent.

Some of the photos don’t really look like the facilities. The pool and the rooms are perfect, the rest of the facilities are good, but the photos are a little better looking than the real thing.

Really nice hotel made even better by the staff. Very friendly/helpful - went out of their way to make it a great stay. Lovely infinity pool, good breakfast every morning. In a nice quiet area with a private beach but only a short shuttle or grab away from Old Town nightlife or An Bang beach.

The hotel offers all the amenities you would expect from a four-star establishment. The staff were very helpful, providing perfect service throughout our stay. Its location is conveniently close to the beach and a moderate distance from the old town, but the availability of bikes really enhanced our experience. We thoroughly enjoyed cycling into the old town. Overall, considering the value for money, it was a fantastic choice

The beach itself, few chairs and not really compelling to relax. But you go for seeing Hoi An old town, so hop on a bike and enjoy Hoi An old Town.

The staff are wonderful - I was celebrating my birthday over our stay and they were great at the little special surprises to help go above and beyond! The rooms are clean and spacious. You can see the sea from some rooms which was lovely. The infinity pool is nice. The shuttle bus into Old Town is helpful.

There are not enough sunbeds either at the beach or the pool. The pool area is quite small and only around 5 loungers, 6 at the beach. The location is okay but not much in the local area - lots of closed and empty buildings. You need a shuttle or taxi to get more interesting places.

Nice rooms, helpful staff.

We booked two rooms, one had a nice see view, the other had a view on a construction site. Gym is outdated, breakfast is medium.

The staff were amazing and very welcoming.They gifted me with a free massage , which was amazing!!The views from the pool of sunrise is stunning over Cham islands. Loved the pool, breakfast , being able to cycle around. Easy to get to Hoi An and other beaches with shuttle or Grab app . We hired a scooter. A good base to go Cham Islands.

All was good .

Hotel was very clean. Just a short walk Accross the road to the beach. Lovely breakfast and lovely helpful staff
