Paddy Boutique House Hoian

Small boutique hotel with beautifully appointed rooms and friendly staff. The cafe downstairs is excellent and reasonably priced with good coffee. Great little hotel for our family.

Only thing I would say is the hotel is a little bit out of Hoi An, which is not necessarily a bad thing but it’s a bit of a walk or car trip into the centre of Hoi An.

I love every aspect of this stay. The room as well as the restaurant /cafe are well designed. The tranquil atmosphere in the room was conducive to my daily yoga and meditation routine and allowed me to catch up on writing .The food options were very healthy and coffee drinks, top notch. The staff were all very pleasant. I'm already looking forward to my return visit. Thank you very much Paddy Boutique. .

Paddy Boutique House was my favorite hotel in my 30 days trip to Vietnam. It is decorated with excellent taste, has lovely balconies, amzing floors and bathrooms and the best part is the wonderful view to the rice fields. I was able to borrow a bicycle and travel around the rice firlds and surrounding areas and regret that I didn't stay longer and this is definitely a gorgeous hotel in a lovely location. The coffee shop downstairs serves delicious and healthy food. I hope I can go back one day!

Everything was wonderful

The room was comfortable and well situated. The view was nice, but there was a camera on the balcony, which made me feel uneasy. The pillows were top-tier, and I ended up buying one. The staff was okay and polite. The food was okay.

The room was dusty and a bit neglected in small ways. The bathtub had a weird shower situation, and if you accidentally touched the faucet, you might experience third-degree burns. No shower curtain. Don't use the bum gun unless you want to be blasted into space. I stayed on the first floor and had to wear earplugs because the coffee shop was quite loud in the mornings. Overall, it was okay.

Loved our room, the balcony overlooking the rice paddies and the great little coffee shop.

Paddy Boutique is a fine small and personal hotel and restaurant. The restaurant is especially good with healthy hippy style food.

The main receptionist seemed very friendly at first, excessively. After a while he became irritated and rude. The main issue is that when I left something in the room (I think) and returned a few days later to ask about it he refused to look for it and simple said no abruptly.

We liked everything here:- super clean, spotless- amazing design- incredible view- free bicycles- walking distance to the old town (20 mins), or 7 mins with the bike- breakfast at the cafe downstairs was really good and had a good price too- they arranged the transport for us to and from the DaNang Airport for a good price (better than on grab)- laundry service was impeccable - great communication- the staff was super tooWe’ll definitely be back some day ❤️

Beautiful boutique hotel next to the paddy fields of Hoi An. Staff were extremely helpful. The room was very clean. Food and coffee served at the hotel were amazing. Walking distance to old town. Would recommend this accomodation to anyone!

I absolutely loved this place! A little gem located in a quiet area minutes from the old town - the rooms are beautifully decorated - we had a room with a big bath! The gorgeous cafe below, which is all part of the same business, offers a selection of fresh and healthy bites (my favourite was the Avo sourdough toast). They also have free bicycle hire so you can explore the paddy fields across the way. The staff were very welcoming and attentive - there isn't anything to fault.

The atmosphere from the moment you walk in, makes you feel like home. The staff will go above and beyond what you would expect and are interested to help in anyway they can. They even brought another fan in for us as it is so hot here at this time of year. The cafe attached to this hotel also serves incredible coffee and food.it’s an easy 10-15 minute walk to the old town or an easy Grab ride. The room was spacious and well appointed with lots of quality touches.

The beds were a little too firm for our liking, but it’s a minor thing considering everything else.

The location and the view are great. There is a cafe attached to the hotel. The cafe is a very good place for people who want to work while travelling.

The room was bright and large. We were facing the paddy fields and had a small balcony. Free bicycles to use, we went through the fields to the beach which was great. The food in the restaurant was delicious. Only open until 4pm. Staff was so kind and helpful.

Our room had a leak in the ceiling which was not great. It was also a little difficult to get a Grab to go in and out of old town. We were not interested in walking the 20mins from hotel plus walking old town!

Everything! This stay was incredible and I highly recommend staying here! The staff are so kind and go above and beyond to meet your needs, the rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable, and the cafe downstairs is incredible with very delicious food and drink!

There is no elevator, only stairs. While this didn’t bother us at all, it is something to note.

Really great property in an excellent location. We really liked that the hotel was away from the busy parts of Hoi A but not that far for a quick cab ride or even a walk (about 25-30 minutes to the old town). The views over the rice fields were nice and the location allowed for nice bike rides out through the fields. Our room was clean and comfortable, the owner/staff were very nice and helpful, and the hotel cafe served excellent coffee, smoothies, and food. We definitely recommend this hotel!

Loved the aesthetics of this place. Breakfast at the cafe downstairs was amazing, although not included in the price. Staff was super helpful.

We went out of the city center for a quiet place but were woken up by construction every morning. Only a curtain between the toilet/bathroom and the room.

Loved everything about the Paddy Boutique house! The staff is amazing, the food and restaurant is wonderful, they helped arrange car service for us from Da Nang and back to the airport. The bathroom is spacious, but they should remove bathtub. The location and free bikes were awesome and you should take advantage to ride to the old city as well as the beaches.

Absolutely loved this place! The view of the rice paddys, the facilities and the free bikes included. We had a wonderful time here, felt very welcome and would definitely stay again.

Shower was a little awkward to use but not a big deal
