Khong Cam Garden Villas

The staff was wonderful, could not have been more welcoming. The room was clean. Breakfast was fine, on the basic side. The location was good, easy to walk to old town.

The hotel is tired and needs some attention. Bedding and linens were in poor shape. Bed was not very comfortable. The shower situation in our room was not user friendly. I would consider this property more for backpackers. Not good value for the price.

Our stay in Hoi An was made truly special by the incredible staff at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, everyone was kind, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, but Hieu and Duong deserve special recognition. Duong and Hieu greeted us every day with a warm smile and went above and beyond, organizing our tours, coordinating airport and onward taxis, and even taking care of washing our dirty clothes with impressive efficiency. Everything was handled seamlessly and with great care. The facilities were comfortable and well maintained, and the bed was firm yet very comfortable, breakfast was excellent, but the true highlight of this hotel was, without question, the staff. They made us feel completely at home, and their kindness and organization turned a great stay into an unforgettable one.

The location was great, not too far to walk to many things. Staff were excellent, very friendly. We also had a massage while here and that was fantastic too.

The only Con for me was the bed was really hard, someone else might like this though

We had a wonderful time in Khong Cam Garden. It was like coming home. From the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out. Ms Duong were very welcoming and she felt like family. She took very good care of us. We booked tours through them and it were great and not expensive and always on time for pick up. The breakfast is a la carte it was good. The small pool was also good for cooling off . The rooms are big enough for us we booked the Suite (2 rooms)and it was always clean. The villa is very well located. They had a very good primitivo wine too ? Only small thing was the air conditioning in room 201 was not really cooling the entire room and when we told them they provide extra fan. Thank you Ms Doung and Ms Hieu for all the tips, advice and chit chats and for taking care of us. Best of our regards and we wish you all well. Hoi An is a very special place. Very good location near Old Town. Good size healthy breakfast and a great price.

WiFi was good most of the time, but spotty at other times.

My family and I loved this place. Its location was so convenient, just a quick walk to the Hoi An Old Town with many tiny shops along the way. The hosts were very nice and made us feel welcomed and catered to whatever questions we may have had. We were given welcome drinks and a rundown of the area with a map, and the hosts even offered to reserve certain attractions for us with transport included. We opted to do the Basket Boat ride and a coffee-making class. We even had transport to and from the airport. We had 3 rooms booked and I was grateful that we were given the ground floor rooms as we had a lot of luggage and with older parents travelling with us as well. Otherwise, this place is a walk-up with no elevators. The room itself was nice and comfortable for our short stay. Showers were hot, and the pressure was good. Basic amenities were provided. We had our breakfast orders taken the day before and served when we arrived at the breakfast area in the morning. They also provided laundry services for 45,000 dong for every KG, which we thought was very reasonable. This place felt like you were staying in someone's home, and in a good way. Very hospitable, very welcoming, and I'd recommend this to anyone planning a visit to Hoi An.

Everything was perfect. The staff is so so nice and they helped us in everything : activities, searching another hotel because we wanted to extend but Khong Cam Garden Villa was full, finding a good tailor. They ate really present to make your stay better ! I recommend !!!

Amazing staff, looked after us throughout our whole visit. Helped with trips, transport. Very happy staff, very welcoming and joyful to be around. Great value for money.

Nice place to stay and the staff were super helpful. Only thing is we booked a room with a bath which we assumed it came with a shower and a bath but no just a bath so we had to shower in a communal one. So just be careful when booking but still was a good stay

The host is very welcoming and ready to help with everything to make your stay in Hoi An pleasant. She also organized an early breakfast to take away before the normal time. Room was daily cleaned and had great facilities. The accommodation is located nearby Old Quarter but still in a quiet area.

Very helpfull staff. They helped us out with renting motorbikes and excursions. We arrived very early, but they let us wash up and brush our teeth. Very kind.

We had a connecting family room and had heaps of space. Great location to the centre of HoiAn. Staff friendly. Breakfast was a variety of Vietnamese and western. You selected what you wanted the day before and it was ready when you arrived for breakfast. Onsite washing available. We could hire bikes through the hotel.

I travel with my friend on period 16-17 march 2025 this trip first time in Vietnam for us. The hotel location is cross the town we can walk to Hoi an market is very comfortable.And DOANG her is very very good staff .She welcomed us and took care of us so warmly from the moment we arrived in Vietnam until we check out. We don't know how to express our gratitude to her and we will definitely go to visit there again and recommend to my friends when they have trip in Veitnam for mmake reservations Khong Cam Garden

Great location and amazing host named Yung with lots of travel suggestions and tips made us feel very welcoming.

Mould smell in the room was very excessive, we’re not sure if it was coming from the aircon or the room itself. Other than that it was good value for its price.

The hotel rooms were very clean, very comfortable beds, great swimming pool and situated about 10 mins from old town. The Staff were super friendly and nothing was a trouble to them. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Hoi An

Great location, 5 minute walk to the old town and ‘strip’ but very quiet at night. Clean, well maintained facilities and very comfy beds. The staff were lovely and communication was great too!

The breakfast was delicious and I got to try the local vietnamese cuisines too, the fresh fruit was perfect for my morning
