This hotel is amazing!! First of all, the stuff were amazing, always helping and smiling, everything i needed they helped me!The room is big, had everything in it, and the location is the best, close to the center.I really recommend, i was there 4 days and wish i could stay more!!

Water pressure is low and the water doesn’t go down in the drain quickly enough.

Bathtub instead of walkin shower. A bit dangerous for "HIGH CALORIE" westerners. (sad but true)

The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. Upon arrival, we weren't sure if we'd be staying more than one night in Hoi An. Our plan was to visit the Cham Islands, but due to bad weather, we had to reconsider our plan every day. They upgraded us to a superior room for the first night and they didn't give us any trouble extending our stay from one day to the next, and we ended up staying for three nights. The hotel's location is very good; you can walk to the Old Quarter in 10-15 minutes, but at night you can relax away from the noise.The staff gave me their WhatsApp number so I could contact them at any time and they gave me very good recommendations for restaurants, places to visit, and even a tailor. They also helped us rent bicycles. The pool is very nice and the two rooms where we stayed were very spacious and comfortable.

The staff was very helpful! Great location. Walkable and close to the old town and shops but not right in the busy crowds. Great local places to eat close by.

There was a rooster next door who would wake me up continually from about 4am which was annoying.Bathrooms were dated and there was a tv on the wall but no remote.

Property it’s very nice and in very good location. Clean and nice pool. The best absolutely the staff very kind, smily and funny, Hien and Helen at the front desk absolutely lovely and professional. Big thank to them. Highly recommend

Very friendly staff. Nice location, not too busy. I was on the 4th floor and it was lovely and quiet.

The little fridge was in a cupboard with a drawer above, and the drawer hampered it from opening. You had to open & lift the drawer to use the fridge. Breakfast didn't appeal to me, but there were plenty of options nearby.

Staff were nice in assisting us with our laundry and they kept our luggage at the front desk while we sightsee after we checked out.

Room was small, shower water was only tepid, towels were old and worn out, some outlets are not working, the girl who checked us in forgot to tell us how they do their breakfast. We checked out really early the next day without breakfast. The bed was hard. Just an old hotel.

Location was perfect just on the edge of the old town. The staff were amazing and couldn’t have done more to help. They made our stay very enjoyable. This was by far the best value hotel after 5 weeks of travelling.
