Room cleanliness, Breakfast, Staff very kind and supportive

Location far from center

Room was big and clean, with balcony. Rented a scooter and management was fair with pricing.I find Vietnam to be very interesting and I liked the location.

Affordability with great amenities. The AC is very good, the owner gave us a room upgrade without extra pay.

- daily breakfast, few options to choose, freshly prepared- comfortable bed- clean room- no insects- wifi works- aircon works- fan works, provided on request- fridge works- quiet area near Hoi An centerBuilding is located around 3-4 km from the center of Hoi An, by small bridge, where only pedestrians, motorbikes and bicycles are able to pass. If you "have to" use the other, main bridge by car, distance is around 7 km to the center of Hoi An.

- low water pressure in the shower (but maybe it depends on the floor)- motorbikes for rent are "tired" and in so-so condition (but they work mostly). Overall condition of the motorbikes for rent: 6/10

We originally booked the room for five days but decided to stay longer. The owner of the hotel is very sweet and helpful. We mentioned wanting to prolong our stay last minute and she was very accommodating. The included breakfast was very good, with different options you could choose from. The only downside is that the main town is a bit far, but a quick grab or bike ride will do the trick.We stayed in the Deluxe Twin Rooms. The room was very nice and spacious, the beds were comfortable, the bathroom was clean and there was a small balcony to relax and sit. The location is quiet and not too touristy which is a nice break from the bustling town.All in all it was a very nice stay, a very clean establishment with a very welcoming host.

I have stayed at this lovely hotel on two occasions now, once as a solo traveller and again with my partner. I would recommend this accommodation to anyone, the rooms are large and immaculately clean and the owners are so welcoming. The hotel is located on a quiet island 8 minutes motorcycle drive from Hoi An old town, there is a local population on the island and this means there is a peaceful, community feel to your stay. You can hire push bikes and motorbikes from the hotel at a good price. The breakfast is also very nice! We look forward to staying here again ☺️

A beautiful, quiet and comforting place to stay. The owner, Thao is very friendly and accommodating and will help with what you need. Breakfast was delicious and by far the best banana pancakes I’ve had. Rooms have a balcony, fridge, hot water kettle, AC, TV and everything is clean.If you’re looking for a great place to stay with a great price and away from the bustle of the old town, this is the place!!Suitable for solo travelling, couples or groups of friends!

The room is very big and has a balcony. You get a free breakfast. The landlady and staff are very nice! The place is located in a more rural area, a 10 minute drive from city center, but the way there is very scenic and fun and the hotel provides a rental service for both motorbikes and bicycles.

So I stumbled across this place as u do and was best decision I could have made the lady running it is super friendly helpful and caring I arrived super early and she gave me water and made me feel at home I checked in the room was super clean bed comfortable amazing air con even had a little balcony hot shower free water refill and bottles everyday the bannana pancakes where huge best I've had I rented bycyle and motorbike for very cheap price location is super good quiet away from the main area but 10 mins on bike and its lovely way to explore it felt like being at home stayed an extra night as I enjoyed it so much was no surpsie they were fully booked if I return to hoi an I 100percent will stay here again family are amazing and the place is beautiful and clean

I stayed a week here and I loved it!! The owner couldn’t be more helpful and the same for the ladies that prepare breakfast and clean. It’s such a good deal I’ll be back!!

Maybe a lick of paint in the room but sparkling clean everywhere

A beautiful accommodation, with lovely people that will make you feel comfortable throughout your entire stay. Both the manager/owner of the villa, as well as the rest of the staff, are welcoming and will help you as much as they can (from planning arrivals and departures or sorting day trips to nearby locations like Da Nang/Ba Na Hills, to scheduling local cooking classes or renting bikes (at an incredible price)). The breakfast included is extremely delicious. Even if you're not a breakfast person, like myself, I at least recommend trying the spring rolls, as well as the banana pancakes. The Villa is situated less than 10 minutes away from the Hoi An centre by bike. These can be rented at a really cheap price for an entire day, reason why we did it on all 3 days while here.

The staff were friendly and very helpful.The breakfast was very good. We loved the spring rolls that we had it everyday. It was better than the spring rolls in the city. The iced coffee was also superb.The property was clean and homey. The room we stayed in was clean and comfortable. But don’t expect a new and crisp facility. Location was 1-2km away from old town but was accessible. The place was quiet and safe. Value - you get more than you pay for. ??

I loved this place, comfortable room and bed, good breakfast, rent a bicycle, just a few km to Hoi An Old town, early check in possible - there's a night closure, so it's not 24h open.

A really wonderful little place. I would absolutely recommend it. You can cycle into the noisy, busy town in less than 15 mins. It's peaceful and the staff are brilliant. Super helpful and there for you if you have any questions. Rooms clean, bright, modern and comfy.

We arrived late.Front desk was accommodating but room is not good at all.Air-condition is broken we have to wait in the morning to complain because no front desk 24 hrs.They fixed the problem after our breakfast which is nice but 1 night was already wasted they should check them before we arrived.Fridge also broken and washroom clog.Room is pretty dirty not maintained and cleaned.I can’t recommend the place if you are particular with the cleaning.

When I asked for a room with a better view, I was given a room on the top floor immediately .

The view in the 1st room but was given a much better room. So very happy with my stay.No problems

The hotel, a little outside the city center, offered amazing views and a peaceful atmosphere. The room and the view was very pretty. The host was incredibly kind and welcoming, always ensuring we were comfortable. As vegans, we were thrilled with the special breakfasts they prepared for us every day, including delicious vegan banana pancakes. We had an amazing time and would definitely recommend this place 100%!

Everything it was so clean, they were always ready to help and I could rent a motorbike for a very good price next door, and also do my laundry.

It was easy to communicate with the staff. We arrived late in the evening, around 9 pm. There were people at the reception, so we had no problem checking in. There CCTV cameras in the facility, so, knowing that, I felt safe. Overall, the room was clean. The floor, the towels and the bed linen were clean. There was hot running water, but it was boiler-based, so we ran out of it soon.Amazing breakfast was included. We woke up, and we could pick our breakfast! How cool is that? There were sweet and savoury options. Considering breakfast and the clean beds and towels, that room is a great value for money, especially when two people are travelling.

Some walls weren't clean enough. You know, the dirty spots, naturally appearing on the walls as bodies keep moving by. That was something disappointing. The map on booking.com shows that the place is 1.5 km from the city centre, but we needed to travel 7 km using the only road available. During Tet, it cost us 3 times of normal price. So, if you are travelling at any other time than Lunar new year, you should be fine.
