Worth every penny. The resort is located by the beautiful beach, just short drive to center by shuttle bus. Room is spacious & the landscape is well maintained. Excellent breafast with plenty of choice. We enjoyed every minute there. 10/10 recommended.

Quiet location on the beach, Low rise buildings only 2 floors high all set in lawns and gardens, very relaxing.All of the staff from reception, restaurants and housekeeping were all very helpful and friendly.

My fiancé and I are beyond happy with our experience at Palm Garden Resort! We’ll be having our wedding here in March 2027, and even though it’s still a long way away, the team has already made us feel so cared for. Since December 2024, we’ve been working with Ms. Quynh, who has been kind, patient, and so attentive from the very first email. She truly makes us feel like our happiness is her priority.On our trip in September 2025, we stayed for a night to tour the wedding venue and do our menu tasting. The venue itself is magical—set on a green grassland overlooking Cua Dai beach, it felt calm, open, and breathtakingly beautiful. We had booked two rooms for ourselves and my mom, but the resort surprised us with an upgrade to a villa with a private pool. It was such a thoughtful touch and made the stay even more special.Our wedding menu tasting at Colibri restaurant was incredible—every dish was delicious, beautifully presented, and left us so excited for the big day. We also joined the breakfast buffet at Terrace Café, which was such a treat! From the bánh mì station to dim sum, fresh fruit, and plenty of vegetarian options, everything was fresh and flavorful.What stood out the most was the genuine warmth of the staff. Everyone we met was so friendly, always smiling, and truly made us feel welcome. It’s rare to find a place where the people, the food, and the setting all come together so perfectly. Palm Garden Resort completely exceeded our expectations, and we honestly cannot wait to come back in 2027 to celebrate our wedding here!

From the moment we arrived everything was wonderful and the staff and service given were exceptional. Very professional and attentive, from the reception staff to chefs to the lifeguards and everyone in between. The property exceeded our expectations in most ways.Breakfast was outstanding, pool was spacious and never crowded, grounds beautifully presented, free bike hire, room was beautifully presented with the biggest bed we had ever seen and great pillows and bedding. Complimentary afternoon tea, umbrellas, shuttle into town, happy hours.. the list goes on.There are plenty of little touches around the property that impressed us. I became sick on the day before we left and the hotel doctor promptly arrived at reception with his box of goodies to try and make me better.. all complimentary.We would love to bring the teenage children back to enjoy all this top class resort has to offer.

Lawns being mowed while we were poolside.. a VERY minor gripe.. in hindsight they probably knew the rain was coming!!

Resort is very nice, staff are very kind and helpful

Our suite was booked opposite a part of the hotel being renovated. Basicall half the time we were in the middle of a construction site. Not appropriate for a 5 star resort. When I approached the staff in the morning they gave a free meal voucher and said the work should stop but it kept on going the entire day... Everybody was very kind but I would be cautious booking this resort. 2025 renovations going on and they just book rooms in the middle of it. I guess they figure they sugarcoat you with a free dinner and still turn a profit

Everything about Palm Garden Beach Resort & Spa was perfect. Staff were super friendly, polite and accommodating. Facilities were great and clean. There were always enough beds by the pool and on the beach. Lots of different choice for food and drink, the happy hour in the beach bar is a must in the evening, beautiful watching the sunset, and if you enjoy a massage definitely go to the spa.

Everything!! Our beachfront bungalow was amazing. The staff went out of their way to make sure we had a memorable stay. We celebrated our birthdays at the resort and we appreciated all they did to make the occasion one we will never forget

8 days heavenly rest in nature friendly wonderful resort. Sparkling clean sea water and wide expanded white clean sand beach. Feeling tropical trees and birds like in jungle. Lovely geckoes running around walls. Very calm and peaceful atmosphere. Rich morning buffet. Excellent quality foods in restaurant and room service. Good evening service. Very popular and good atmosphere in beach front bar. Professional and great package massage in Spa. Kind all employees. Could feel their attempts and efforts to make better resort since staying here several times for rescent years. Enjoy precious rest in this resort. Will never be disappointed.

We've enjoyed an exceptional stay at palm garden! The resort has a spacious layout, with enough privacy and multiple lunch and dining options (Japanese, Vietnamese, Italian). From the private beach to the great swimming pool, fitness and spa, you can enjoy an relaxing stay.The service level is also great! The staff is super friendly and you can ask them anything. Special shout out to mister Vy, who made sure everything was ok and could give us great advice on what to do in the area, and to mister Thi for the freshly picked coconuts from their own coconut trees on the resort.The breakfast was very tasty with almost too many options to choose from (Vietnamese, French, English, ...). 3 times a day the resort offers a free shuttle to (and from) Hoi An with options in the morning and afternoon. When "too many" people want to go, they just arrange another car so everyone can go.All in all, great stay, and would definitely visit again!

This is one of the best resorts in this area. Nice beach, clean and comfortable facilities, helpful and friendly staff who go out of their way to help. Good food, nice breakfast. Landscaping, beach, all good.

Nothing could have been better.

Lovely resort right on the beach. Beach seems private...nice white soft sand, gentle water. The food was very good (stick to the Asian/ Vietnam fare). Breakfast was a big spread with really tasty Vietnamese fare.

Rooms were a bit quirky. Entrance is into a bathtub area. The shower/ toilet is not partitioned enough....so when you take a shower the toilet area gets wet pointlessly. Other than that, nothing really. I would reco this and stay again.

Everything, location, food, facilities, staff availability, cleanliness, beach, swimming pool, SPA. We will definitely be back.

Nothing, maybe the menu in the different restaurants could be a little more diverse. The bungalow is the best option for a week stay, the room is nice but not comparable
