We had really mixed feelings about this place. It is called a resort, but for roughly 50 rooms (so at least 100 people capacity) they had only 12 Sun beds, and the breakfast room for not more than 50 people. So it felt a bit strange to fight for those. The facility screams for so many touch ups! Also, we had a very unpleasant situation during the weekend, as a few groups of locals with children arrived, and we literally didn’t sleep for 2 days because of the excessive noise. The staff was super apologetic afterwards, but they were not able to handle the crowds: the noise at the pool at 6:30 in the morning, the loud tv music and singing at 2 am. Never used the spa because it is located by the pool which was constantly occupied by screaming children, so wouldn’t be pleasant to get a massage in such surroundings. Oh, and the receptionists would come to you while you are having breakfast trying to sell you the tours. Every morning, very insistingly. If it’s a resort one must be able to relax!

The stay was nice , the staff are really nice and helpful, especially Ms Sunny , Lily & Thu is very approachable . They are always available to support the guest . Highly recommend for people to enjoy the stay , relax . Thank you so much for taking care of us .

Clean, spacious and very nice staff. Pool was good as well. Breakfast is also excellent.

The staff here are excellent. They are the sweetest and provided extremely wonderful services. They go above and beyond to make sure your stay is comfortable and will do everything they can to make sure you have a smooth vacation. Not to mention their breakfast buffet was plentiful and tasty! We will definitely be back!

The quaint of design, and shape of the houses. But most of all I love the genuine gesture of the staffs, they're all happy to serve you, show you their hometown Hội An. The room is nice and comfy bed, the shower room is large as well as the bathtub. Nice and well maintained garden, swimming pool isn't big but good for relax after the hot day. Breakfast was a big plus, variety of dishes and very delicious local dishes and great Vietnamese coffee....so on and on the good things about this place. We definitely come back and highly recommend for solo travel, couple or family. We're of 4 just had a wonderful stay at there and the staff did a wonderful job to organize and manage our trip to My Son sanctuary.

I can't think of anything which I don't like about this place. Seems everything is perfect.

When I first arrived, I thought the hotel looked beautiful — spacious, clean, and inviting. At first, I figured that’s why it had so many great reviews. But after staying here, I realized it’s really the staff that makes this place special.One night, I lost my phone while getting into a Grab right outside the hotel. The receptionist and the hotel owner were incredibly kind and helped me track it down. We found it through FindMy, and the owner actually drove me 30km out of town to pick it up — and then all the way back. After the whole ordeal, he wouldn’t even accept my tip. He just said, “When I lost my phone, I would’ve been so grateful if someone helped me — that’s why I did it.” I was so relieved to get my phone back, but even more touched by how much effort the team put in to help me.Aside from that, the rest of the stay was also great. The breakfast had a delicious variety and the connecting room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. We booked a coconut boat tour through the hotel. It was a short one-hour trip — simple but was sufficient for the area and activities — and the hotel was flexible with timing and helped us find helmets after we insisted. My family and I enjoyed the experience and would absolutely recommend this hotel to others.

My friend and I have just returned from an amazing 2 week holiday at Coco River. The boutique hotel is a 10 min taxi ride from the hustle and bustle of Hoi An’s old town. If you get the Grab app, taxi’s are easy to use, around £3.00 to the old town and beach.The old town is amazing at night with endless shops, stalls, food and restaurants. The hotel has a lovely pool set in beautifully kept gardens, an outside restaurant and an amazing spa. We had a treatment every other day, a 90 minute massage cost around £25. Hanh gave me the best hot stone massage I’ve ever had, she was so attentive and professional. Our rooms were clean and spacious with an enormous bath, overlooking the pool. What really makes this hotel is the staff, it has a family run feel.Thu on reception went out of her way to make our stay as comfy as possible.Bin and Thanh served us amazing food, always smiling and chatting. If you want somewhere to relax away from the town then this hotel is ideal.

We had a lovely stay at Coco Resort & Spa in Hoi An! The location is peaceful and scenic, right by the river and just a short ride from the Old Town. The rooms were clean and comfy, and the staff were so warm and welcoming. We especially enjoyed the pool area and the relaxing spa treatments. Great value and a perfect place to unwind!

From the very warm welcoming of Mrs.Sunny at the reception to the nightcap at the bar; everybody at the Coco River is extremey friendly and supportive to make you as happy as possible during your stay. The location of the Hotel is right betreten Hoi An old city and the beach - perfect location, because you have some distance to the noisy city. Pool and Spa are just perfect. The rooms provide eveything you Need and are perfectly clean. I would definately come back and recommend !

The staff was very friendly and went out of their way to make me feel welcome.Free bikes to rent in good condition to explore the area. I would highly recommend it, biking through the rice fields -amazing.I also took a massage in their SPA, which was very good.

Perfect Stay at Khách sạn Thiên Minh – 10/10!I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Khách sạn Thiên Minh - Dốc Lết! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality from the friendly staff, who went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable.The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the stunning Dốc Lết Beach, where I enjoyed peaceful mornings and breathtaking sunsets. The rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring I had a great night’s sleep after a day of exploring.One of the highlights of my stay was the private beach area, which was quiet, clean, and perfect for unwinding away from the crowds. The hotel also offers excellent amenities and a cozy atmosphere, making it a great choice for anyone looking for a peaceful retreat.Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service, great location, and outstanding value for money. Beautiful resort and the staff are amazing. Reception staff, housekeeping, restaurant staff all exceptional and very attentive. Rooms are huge and clean. Swimming pool was amazing.

Nothing was a great stay

Unique and charming . Miss Tran was lovely . Their restaurant on the river was excellent. Breakfast was terrific.

It is a little run down but the staff were great. It needs renovations . It is about 15 mins in a grab to the centre of Hoi An
