Great location! I read some reviews that it was too far from old town, but it was really only a short 10-15 min walk and I thought it was actually quite nice to be slightly set away from the hustle and bustle. The staff was also very kind and friendly.

Very conveniently located, food was good, room was comfy, bikes are a nice touch.

Breakfast was amazing with so many different dishes and cheese! Delicious noodles soup, only the pastries were a bit dry, I guess they exposed to the air without cover. Bed was comfy, large room and nice decor. Staffs were very helpful, attentive and friendly. Located only few hundred meter from the old town, convenient for a lovely walk.

I can't think of anything which I don't like!

We had a great stay. Loved the spa (which we used three times); breakfast was awesome each day, balcony overlooking the pool; staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Wonderful location close to action.

Nothing that we did not like.

It has a nice driveway entrance, reception very nice and staff were friendly. The room was ready hours before checkin which is always nice.Ther's a Kids Club, although very basic and unattended.Easy to take taxi and tours to go around.

Price is on the high side for what has been offered, ther's nothing boutique about this hotel.For family with small kids i reccomend one of the big resorts on the beach with a nice kids club, they are 30min away by car and cost about the same except you get a much better property and treatment. Not many other families during our stays, mostly elderly couples.The room had a bad smell at our arrival, looks like it has been closed for a while, some small spiderweb in the bed area. Looks like it wasn't inspected prior our arrival.Swimming pool is badly designed and very crammed, I invite you to look at the photos, the poolside beds are so close to the pool edge that you can barelly walk around it, some chair are right in front of the pool entrance stairs, so close that it feels unconfortable to go in and out the pool just inches away form other people sleeping.In our case most chair had people sleeping on in it, we had to refrain our 4 years old not to swimm because she was splashing water to the people around, out of respect for the other guests we took our 4 years old away but it is somethig i really didn't enjoy doing, especially on a holiday.The breakfast was average and underwelming compared to the hotel we stayed in the previous 2 nights, only one coffee available(Black pot coffe), they charge you extra if you want espresso/vietnamese coffee. Lunch/Dinner restaurant take long time to prepare the food(only us and another table).They'll charge you 200.000VND if you loose a room key, something hotels used to do but nowdays none of the big chain hotels charge you for a lost piece of plastic.Location is closed to the old town but not close enough if you have kids/eledrly in the group, side paths in Vientnam are usually blocked from motorbikes/cars/vendors sonot convenient with a pram getting to the old city.

Spa felt just ok, not particularly friendly overall, massage fair

The breakfast is phenomenal with many many options. The pool is clean and has a nice aesthetic with the palm trees around it. The bars happy hour is buy one, get one which is super good value. The spa also has a buy one, get one offer for massage, again amazing value. Above all our Guest service representative Ngan was super helpful when we first arrived. She outlined all the different ways we could maximize our time in the city and also recommended a tailor for us to get clothing made as this was our main purpose for visiting Hoi An. Her recommendations were impeccable and enhanced our stay.

The shower in our room was oddly design so that water would easily collect, pool and flood the entire bathroom should one shower for an extended period of time. This is a small thing and the floor did have a drain on it so they clearly thought of this issue. This did not change our experience with the hotel and we would for sure come again!!!

The era around it is very boring

Breakfast was exceptionally good, plenty of choice. Hotel room was also excellent, comfortable, quiet and beautifully decorated. It’s an efficiently run hotel with very friendly staff. The bar service is also efficient.

The pool needs some safety maintenance but they were looking into the issues whilst I was there. Also for me I felt that walking distance to the town was too far and there was no shuttle service. But Grab bikes/cars are availability and very cheap. The positives outweigh the negatives and I would definitely recommend the Hadana.

Amazing hotel in Hoï An ! Everything was perfect ! From the kind and professional staff to the comfortable room and very close to the old town, rice field, beaches. The staff is very helpful ! You have free bikes and breakfast offered a lot of option! I highly recommended !!!!

Lovely hotel just a short 15 min walk, or 5 min Grab, from the old town. The hotel has a really lovely feel to it! We had a 'Family Connecting Room' which was perfect as we had a huge king bed and our teens had separate beds. Lots of shops, restaurants, tailors, laundry places, cafes, spas close by. Friendly staff, great breakfast, lovely pool, huge rooms. Great dinner menu too if you want to eat in. Recommend doing the coconut basket boats, getting clothes made - we used Ba Ri, 1 Le Loi St - mooching the old town day and night, Dolphin Kitchen & Bar on the beach, eating at Morning Glory Signature in old town and having a coconut coffee at Roving Chillhouse.

The shower is over the bath - which wasn't a problem for us aside from the water collects around the outside of the bath and then collects on the floor quit a bit. If you cannot climb in and out of a bath then this is not the place for you!

The property was in such a good location, very clean, quiet and staff were great.

Excellent room with balcony. Pretty looking hotel. Courteous staff. Good breakfast. Just a 10 minute walk to the old town. They even provide free bicycles which we used extensively! Without a second thought, I'll choose Hadana again if I come back to Hoi An.

It's not a new hotel. The room was quite small so not much space if you are traveling with big luggages. Water pressure a little low.. but that could be the case for the whole of Hoi An. However we had a comfortable and pleasant stay

The only disappointing facility was the Gym - it was not positioned privately and too small / not enough equipment or weights.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, made more special by the warm and friendly team in the reception and spa. Special thanks go to Nhi who is incredibly professional and kind; a credit to the hotel and her country. People like Nhi really make your travelling experiences more memorable. We extended twice during our stay and would have happily stayed longer. The hotel is very attractive, comfortable, and located in an ideal spot just 12 minutes walk from the Old Quarter. Highly recommended. We look forward to returning.
