This was one of our favourite hotels in the whole of Vietnam!! sp beautiful and room was so spacious! The host was amazing and helped us book the best tours!! We loved everything about it here! So central also! X

Location is very close to the touristic places but just far enough that its quite calm. The beds were comfy, it was actually two twin beds put together and we could feel the split. The staff is very very forthcoming and welcoming. Their recommendations are good value and well priced. We did for example the my son sunset tour and it was a great price whilst being good quality. The room itself has space, storage and has great AC. The view is nice on the pool, the plants. Its a family owned place with not many rooms so its very calm. Toilet and shower were seperate so it was very appreciated for intimacy. We didnt use the pool nor anyone did during our stay so it was quite calm. We used their laundry service which was 40k/kg and was efficient and well done. We paid everything at the end (tour, hotel and laundry) by cash since mostly everywhere charges 3% card surcharge. The highlight was using their free bikes to An Bang beach, going through rice paddies at 7am. Will definitely be back!!!

The location of the hotel and the staff super nice. We were able to enjoy the pool on the day of the check out and even take a shower. The receptionist gave us good adresses.

Everything was a bit humid but I think it is due to the weather in Hoi An.

Large clean rooms, located in a quiet street but still walking distance to the city centre. Very friendly staff.

-Cordial young woman in the reception area (forgot her name) making sure that were having a good time and helped us in booking our coconut village tour and also our transfers. -spacious and clean room with very comfy bed and well functioning AC-nice pool-homey vibe of the property and aesthetically design of the hanging plants-free bikes

- the set up of the daybed which is a minor issue and it can be slippery in the pool area so the staff should be aware that the floor should be maintain dry all the time to avoid any accidents.

Exceptionally friendly staff with beautiful, clean rooms. The pool and balconies were a huge plus. It's down a quiet little back street but just around the corner from the main streets. Ideal!

Tad loud from the hallway when people are moving about as the sound carries, but nothing unbearable.

The location was great. Five minute walk to old town. The staff were amazing. Room was spacious and clean. Minibar prices were cheaper than some of the local shops. Can fault nothing, all as expected

The location is fantastic, just a short walk into the Ancient town, the room was spacious. The pool was private and the water was nice and cool! Mint and Tu were amazing and helped us organise tours/drivers etc. We could not fault our stay.

Nice location. Spacious clean rooms. Looks even better than the photos! The vibe of this place is very homely. I was curious to why this place had very high reviews, but after staying here I know why and its the hospitality of the staff here. The owner is very friendly and kind and made us feel very comfortable and at home. If you need help with anything, she can help you out. Also gave us great local food recommendations that are non-touristy!

Very close to old quarter, staff were very friendly and recommended all the best cafs and shops to visit. Extras like airport drop off / bike rental price is also very reasonable. Exchange rate for usd to Dong on the higher side, would recommend to pay in local currency

Well-appointed villa just steps away from the hustle and bustle of Hoi An old town. The amenities were sufficiently provided. Didn't have a chance to use the swimming pool due to the wet weather during my stay. Mint and her sister were the ever gracious hosts, and even recommended the best tailor and Banh Mi in town.

The experience was amazing, we got a huge bed (2x2meters) amazing room with a rain shower, and 24 access to the pool.

I have always liked the small locally run places in our travels and this one was perfect. MaiChai Villa is a small hotel with perhaps 8 to 10 rooms so it feels really intimate. The desk was always manned with helpful staff. We were given a room on the 2nd floor because they wanted us to avoid pool noise (we never heard any) and insisted on taking our not inconsiderable luggage up the stairs for us. We did take advantage of the pool twice enjoying the atmosphere of the vine-covered sides which is as beautiful as it appears in the photos. The bedroom with its incredibly large bed in a spacious room with large windows and balcony was a delight. It had lots of storage, a connected bathroom and toilet with a view across the town. Water pressure was great as was the wifi. The house keeping was really good. It was so cool - the air conditioning was excellent. The location is very near the Hoi An old town and near some lovely breakfast spots so it was only a quick walk to wherever we wanted to go. MaiChi Villa reached out before our arrival and said they could arrange for a driver to pick us up at what we considered a good rate from Da Nang Airport. It was a simple transfer there and we arranged to have the same service take us to Da Nang Train station on our departure and just paid for both with our hotel bill. It made it so easy! We also asked the hotel to arrange for a trip to Ba Na Hills which went really well. They supplied us with a map when we arrived and always checked on how we were going. I felt they were just so nice! There are both an inside and outside seating area where you can relax. I do tend to think most places we stay are good - but MaiChi Villa was more than good, it was excellent, and will always be a very special memory for us.

Great Location.Freindly staff.Staff recommended me and my family visited local tour that was very nice activities. Basket boat was fun and cooking class was amazing. If you plan to visit old town highly recommended to stay at this place near to Japanese bridge.Nice restaurant around.

Great stay! Walking distance from old town, clean room, good bed and airconditioning, friendly and helpful staff and nice pool! We could leave our luggage during the day when we already checked out, good service!

The hotel staff was extremely nice, they sat with us before they showed us to our room and gave us a map of how to get around. The room itself was very spacious, the bed was huge (I probably never slept on a bigger bed) and it was soft and comfortable. The bathroom had all necessary amenities. Everything was clean which is one of the main things I look for in a hotel. They also helped us get a motorbike and arranged transportation to the airport when we checked-out. Thank you guys!
