Clean and spacious room.

The beach was nothing like the pictures. There wasn’t much of a beach and it had tons of trash both on the beach and on the path there. There’s construction going on at the adjacent property and overall this beach was not ideal. We were pretty disappointed about that and wish there was more transparency about the current conditions of the area.

Lovely quiet location over the road from the beach. Rooms clean and clean towels everyday. Staff very nice. Nice coffee places and a couple of shops walking distance, but no nightlife in the evening, grab bikes available to get into Hoi a plentiful takes about 12 minutes, I would stay here again, An Bang beach down the road a lot more crowded so if you like quiet stay at Santa sea ??

The free hotel Sunbeds were in a location in the shade surrounded by rubbish, and in poor repair , so paid every day on the beach for beds you could actually use. That was the only downfall. Otherwise a pleasant stay.

Most relaxing and accommodating establishment, in an excellent location - and only a 15/20 taxi ride to the centre of Hoi An (hotel also has a selection of push bikes - and helmets - all available for free).

That I couldn't stay there longer!

Really nice hotel and they were very Child friendly. Nice breakfast.

They said they had a private beach with free beach chairs, but these were not really on the beach, and no one used them because they were so inconveniently placed.

We stayed in r 301 it was very good ,the staff where excellent and the place was very clean

Nice big room, as pictured. Good water pressure with very hot water. Lots of towels provided. Good cotton bed linens make sleeping very comfortable.Did not use small curved pool as weather was not good during stay. Did not take advantage of breakfast, preferring to provide own food in room.

Roosters crowing at family residence/garden business next door. Also a small dog that thought it too is a rooster. Ask for a room away from the family residence.Hotel lists that it has sunbeds available for guests but no mention made on arrival. I eventually found the sunbeds while walking the beach one day; sunbeds not in good condition, lots of old garbage around, seems management doesn't care. The hotel dog, Panda, should not be paid attention to. I think it is unreliable in nature, which can also be said about other dogs in the general area.

This is a lovely hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The price is great for what you get.

The area is pretty quiet, if you're looking for lots of activity. The beach immediately across from the hotel is badly eroded right now, but just to the right is a nice beach with chairs and umbrellas.

Large room with a balcony and a sea view which was pleasant. Only there 2 nights so was fine for our needs. The bathroom was like a wet room but the floor got rather wet after a shower. Flip flops were provided but it took a long time for the water to dry. The staff were very helpful and sorted a taxi for us to Da Nang airport and cooked us an early breakfast before we left.

Would recommend this hotel. Lovely big rooms, clean and tidy. Cleaned everyday. Staff were so helpful and friendly. In a nice quiet location with a few bars and restaurants and not far from the beach. The main town of Hoi An was just a short taxi drive away which doesn't cost much

Location, close to beach, restaurants, bars cafes and shops. Bedroom was large and kitted to a good degree. Staff and owner/ manager all very friendly.

Basic no thrills property, does what it sets out to do, but no luxuries. No chest of drawers for storage, but chairs dressing table etc. were presentPillows were awful, but large bed good apart from the bottom sheet being too small to tuck in and keep taught (a general problem at places in Vietnam it seems).

The room was spacious and the balcony large. Staff were very pleasant. Staff readily changed my booking when I told them I didn’t want to stay and I appreciated that.

The location is not good at all. I booked this hotel to be near the beach but the hotel section of the beach was closed. I could see it from my balcony but it was not a pretty sight. The only beach within walking distance was really dirty with broken loungers and far away from any facilities. The surrounding area is not great either. I had booked for 3 nights but only stayed for one.

Santa sea has an excellent location for the beach!The room needed two comfortable chairs to sit in. The only chairs were on the balcony which had no form of cushions on them!The breakfast was very limited! The buffet was not replenished so if you were not the first for breakfast there was very little left! The dining area was not big enough for the amount of guests!

We loved that it was by the sea with a great view from the balcony. The room and bathroom were big and clean. The bed was comfortable (bedsheets were a little small for the bed). Breakfast was okay and the coffee was really good. It's on a nice, quiet street.

The room seemed a little musty. Bathroom window didn't close properly. We felt pressure at breakfast to book tours.

The room was spacious and super clean with an excellent shower room and very confortable bed. Breakfast was perfect and the staff extremely nice and professional and everything we asked for they provided.The beach (Cua Dai) is a stone's throw and all around (beach/hotel) there are very good places to eat, drink and relax. Our stay was at the end of the monsoon period(January) so the sand was not perfect and the water was not pristine, but still, at low tide, it was an excellent place for long early morning walks and if the sun appeared... so did the sun beds and umbrellas!

Really nice place. Modern, neat, tidy, on a very quiet road and about 50 metres from the beach. Apparently it gets pretty busy around here in December, but it was lovely and quiet when we were here. The Manageress cooks breakfast for you and is very friendly and helpful. Their dog hangs around the lobby and once he knows you he is friendly too. Bicycles are available at no cost and it is nice to have a cycle around the area. Unfortunately there was a typhoon about 10 days before we arrived so there was a fair bit of rubbish on the beach, but it would be a nice beach if it were cleaned up. Its only about 10 minutes by Grab to Hoi An Old Town, but you are away from all the noise and traffic etc. Several restaurants and bars within a lazy 10 minute stroll. We really enjoyed our stay here in this peacefull liitle palce south of An Bang Beach.

Lovely spot right on the beach next to esco beach club and another beach club. Beach view and a little pool, perfect for a short beach stay that is close to hoi an. Nice staff too.

The noise cancelling isn’t really there, so you could still hear lots of sound streets.

It’s run by a family and the brothers who manage it are so nice and friendly. They have been extremely attentive to our needs and helped us with anything we asked for. The location is superb. It’s very close to the beach and close to very nice restaurants. The breakfast is simple but delicious. We had an ocean view room and man it was amazing. We slept through the night listening to the lulling sound of the ocean.

When we booked a junior suite room the description said that the living room and bedroom were separate but what we got was just a giant room. It’s not a dealbreaker for us because we absolutely loved the view and didn’t care what we didn’t get.The TV in the room could be smart.

The hotel was fantastic! Friendly and helpful staff. The room was very clean, spacious, had nice extra amenities, and great air conditioning and a fan. The location was also great! Would definitely recommend

The property is located in a quiet part of the Cam An beach. I initially booked to stay there for 2 nights but extended my stay by a further 3 nights as it was so tranquil. The staff were brilliant with information about where to go, eat etc. I also used their bicycle to explore the area. I would defo go there again!
