Hoian Central Hotel

Staff were amazingly friendly, polite and helpful. Room was big and clean. Slightly dated but no issues there. The bed was firm and it was a solid sleep every single night. We love the location which was much more convenient to access the Ancient Town. Breakfast was great too!

The staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful. The location is great if you need to be in the center of Hoi An, easy walk to everything. The breakfast was good, delicious with lots of choice. The hotel and swimming pool look very picturesque set in a garden with trees, plants and flowers. The room was a good size with a comfy bed. Wifi was fast and reliable.

The bathroom has an open shower with the rest of the bathroom so can be wet on the floor, despite the shower curtain. The shower has separate hot & cold taps, hard to get the right the water temperature.

Loved the location, the room was beautiful with a view of the pool, the breakfast was delicious and the best thing was the staff. They were very, very helpful and courteous. They went out of their way to make sure everything was looked after and the way you wanted it! The building itself is beautiful and it was great that we could use the bicycles and ride around the rice patties to the beach.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel was quiet and there was a variety at the buffet every morning.

Size of the room, the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was really delicious.

it was not possible to have late check out because the hotel was full which we could understand. However, it would be great to have a bathroom to take a shower before leaving.

Everything was fantastic. Great, well appointed large room (Pool view) with more than enough space for a single extra bed if required. In a very central location, walking distance to shopping and food. Breakfast was excellent, Staff were very friendly and helpful in organising any additional services or just offering advice. Definitely recommend.

We had a lovely time here. The location is great for visiting the ancient town. The room was spatious and comfortable. We loved the food at breakfast. Thank you for everything.

Gorgeous historic home with lots of elegant touches- maybe some (plaques) to tell us the history of the property. Very beautiful property. Love the tea and cold towel upon arrival and a Christmas gift at the end of our stay. Great buffet breakfast included. We stayed in the executive king suite on the second floor and it was a beautiful room. Bed was very comfortable. Very clean.

We stayed on the second floor with a balcony facing the “city” and street noise is extremely loud, we could hear the street noise even with our earplugs in. They apologize for this and offered to move us to another smaller room but we didn’t want the hassle. I think they need stronger, thicker doors and windows. Also the hotel water smelt very strong of iron (not sure if it the pipes or lack of filtering the water) we didn’t have this problem at any other hotels in Vietnam and we stayed in three other hotels - one in Da Nang. We wrote them in advance of that we’re celebrating our 19th wedding anniversary and no one even congratulated us and there were no extra touches to the room.

The beds were comfortable, the room was big, and the breakfast was good.

Had a wonderful stay here. The staff in particularly were amazing - friendly, welcoming and always ready to assist with anything you needed. Surprised me with a cake on my birthday which was very kind. The room and bathroom were spacious and the bed very comfortable. Buffet breakfast with freshly cooked eggs or noodle soup also available. A few minutes’ walk to the old town and about 15 to the Hoi An Memories show. And you can pay by card without a fee. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved the spaciousness of the common areas and the lovely old style balcony doors in the bedrooms. But best of all we were so impressed by the staff’s friendliness and helpfulness. They went above and beyond to make sure we had the best possible experience.

Great location and friendly staff. Very clean hotel with a simple selection for breakfast that was all we needed to start the day. The hotel was quiet and small which is what attracted us to this property. Perfect walking distance to main shopping district and the abundance of restaurants.

The drainage in shower was a slight issue.

EVERYTHING! The ambience and layout of the hotel are wonderful - from the garden-like atmosphere to the thoughtful semi-private sitting areas to the lovely rooms. All made for such a pleasant and relaxing experience. Additionally, the staff was superb. They were so friendly and personable and went out of their way to make sure we were well taken care of. They made performance reservations for us, arranged for taxis, and made spa reservations for us. We also enjoyed location of the hotel. It was close enough to walk to many areas of interest and yet not in the midst of the frenzy..

There wasn’t anything that we didn’t like.

Perfect location, warm welcoming staff, very large, clean & well-lit room. Nice bathroom/shower with plenty of hot water. The hotel has a very nice airy feel when you step in. Super clean with marble floors & staircases. Hotel is well situated and we walked everywhere in town. We also borrowed their bikes to ride to An Bang Beach. Nice options at breakfast and liked that the breakfast area was outside (covered). We stayed on the third floor and had a small balcony. No elevator so stay on lower level if you want to avoid stairs. Good value. (Shopping tip: Yaly Couture is practically across the street for beautiful scarves & clothing; WabiSabi is just around the corner has modern & minimalist bamboo clothing)

Unfortunately we arrived during the flood. The communication with Jasmine was excellent. She made us feel safe & there was no problem with adjusting our plans. This is a beautiful hotel .

All of the staff were amazing. Chloe at the front desk was exceptional. Her English was very good and she booked us on a fabulous cooking class tour! The hotel restaurant recommendations were amazing—all the places we tried on their list were so so good. I highly recommend staying here in Hoi An! The location is great—you are so close to everything and it’s easy to find, both walking and for Grab taxi/bike. The pool is beautiful and we enjoyed it every day of our stay! Good breakfast—they cook eggs very well and the fruit was delicious.

Friendly and helpful staff!The lady who helped us (sorry, I forgot her name) explained all the activities around the hotel, gave great restaurant tips, and even arranged an extra night for us, even though the hotel was fully booked. Excellent service!

clean, nice staff and good pool. We needed bike and they didnt have any so they ordered it, came in 10 minutes and the paid for the rental. Booked another night cause we loved it. Breakfast wasnt amazing but way better then most we had in vietnam.
