No tissue in rooms and lack of cupboard space for clothing!

The place itself was very nice and spacious. Stuff was friendly and we liked the location a lot. Only 10 min walking from the city center but at the same time very quite place to stay. They have a nice Italian restaurant down stairs which has good food.

Water in the pools was very cold. And we booked a rooms with balcony because we like to sit in a balcony in the evenings. But we got a balcony where you could only stand. And from the photos in booking com we didn't see that it will be so small.

Rats, rats. I was given the wrong room. They had given away my room so I had to settle for a poorer room. No compensation. As I said rats in the building. Droppings on the floor every morning. Entire hotel is getting tired.

Clean and cozy. Comfortable bed. Amazing location!! Helpful staff. Good breakfast. Definitely recommend.

The bathrooms desperately need a renovation. You can't flush toilet paper. Our shower leaked everywhere. We had to have maintenance come and repair the hot water. The rooms were a little musty. But these were very minor issues. Still a great place to stay.

Excellent location. It’s walkable distance from hotel to old town. We had a connected room and the room was super spacious. If you are traveling and need connected rooms - ask for 402 and 408.The staff is super helpful - whether it be the front desk or the cleaning crew or breakfast. Shout out to Mrs. Trang at the front desk - she patiently answered all the questions and advised too.Btw, breakfast had a lot of choice with even an omelette on demand station.Tooth brush to shaving kit to umbrellas, they provided everything that was required.

402 shower door was not closing properly. Room has one window only though as we were out most of the times, this was ok.

Centrally located, in downtown old town Hoi An. This hotel is a genuinely boutique experience. With a warm, friendly bar downstairs. Open air setting, neighbored by the best restaurant I’ve been to in Vietnam so far. When you come, order the steak. Absolutely delicious. The spa downstairs is fully staffed, and the ladies are wonderfully talented. After your therapeutic massage, the elegant pool waits for you to soak away any stress that I doubt would still remain. Last but not least the staff exceeds and expectations. Everyone is so warm and friendly. Getting to know them has been my the most rewarding experience so far. Thank you all again for every day I’ve gotten to stay at your beautiful hotel. Enjoy your stay. Ps. I’m going in for my suit sizing in the morning. The tailor on site has the best selection of cashmere wool and linen fabrics. I’m very excited to try on my first three piece suit. Merry Christmas ?

The staff were definitely the best part, but the location was perfect, the facilities were beautiful, the spa was so relaxing ( the stone massage was particularly wonderful), and the food was incredible! The best Italian food I’ve had outside of Milan, honestly ?. Also, peaceful. Vietnam is a bustling place, filled sounds of people, and the pervasive smells of exotic foods, but somehow this hotel sits in the middle of old town, and remains quit and homely, as if it were miles away.

Too short of a stay ? I’ll be going back as soon as I can.

After traveling for a month we landed at Annam Heritage. One stop party shop! They have it all! I was so sad to leave! The staff are so kind, helpful, and welcoming. The tailor (Stitch), the spa, and Italian restaurant were lovely! The pool was great and the rooms were comfortable! Delicious breakfast included! 10/10!! I cannot recommend this spot enough!

Good location since you can walk to the Ancient town in just a few minutes. Staff were friendly and extremely helpful.

Our stay was perfect! My favorite part of the stay was the breakfast! We stayed 5 days, and there was so much variety we never tired of the food. I woke up every morning excited to start my day with the excellent breakfast. The staff all were very attentive, and we booked a tour, massage on site, and transport to the airport through them. The Italian restaurant that’s attached to the hotel also had great food. The wood fire pizza was so good! Annam Heritage helped make our stay in Hoi An simply delightful. The location couldn’t be topped in my opinion. Right at the edge of the Old Quarter and super convenient.I would return here if ever in Hoi An, and I highly recommend Annam Heritage. Thank you to the staff! You all were amazing! Best stay in our 3 weeks in Vietnam.

This is a fantastic hotel located in the heart of Hoi An. The rooms are lovely and comfortable, the breakfast is superb, and the staff were exceptionally kind, helpful are incredibly friendly.There’s a pool and spa for relaxation as well. This hotel is perfect—offering excellent value for money and everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Ms. Trang exert excellent service and we are very thankful to her. She recommend best place to go, She wont let you down and will really assist you until you get all information or assistance needed. We stayed during the flood season of Hoi An and the flood outside are above the head already but the staff here wont let you down and ensure everything smooth. We had a very smooth check out and they arrange a boat to going to a place with no flood anymore. All of the staff in this hotel, bell attendant and housekeeping are the best!

Very helpful staff. Inside hoi an ancient town can go anywhere by walking distance. Hotel book us all the tours like Ba na hills and bamboo boat ride. Breakfast was really very nice.

The staff is extremely professional they are running the hotel as they are running Marriott, Melia chain hotels. Congratulations to their education and energy. Despite of many places in Vietnam staff speaks very well english. The location of hotel is perfect just at old town and not busy area. Breakfast is fair enough open buffet with all needed. An Italian chef managing Italian restaurant is attached to the hotel. Pizzas are wood oven made and Neapolitan. Spa was good and competitive priced. Rooms are having all you need.

Smoking is not allowed in any outlet inside the hotel included any open air places. ( room balconies as well) Hotel is quite old but it is ok. To find well managed hotel is more important.
