The Signature Hoi An

Great breakfast, staff were super helpful and location was perfect

Signature Hoi An was a wonderful stay from start to finish. The team helped us arrange unique local experiences, the massages were excellent, and the rooms were spotless and very comfortable. What truly stood out was how kind, attentive, and genuinely welcoming everyone was—we felt taken care of the entire time. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Everything was great.

The location is perfect and the hotel is beautiful The breakfast is delicious with a lots of variety of food. The staff is super nice and Ms Yen is exceptional. Everything was perfect

Lovely boutique hotel in Hoi An. Location was perfect for long walks around Old Town. Bikes provided were also a great way to experience the town. Breakfast had a great selection of options. Staff were helpful and friendly. Our room was really spacious. A nice stay for our first time in Hoi An.

We visited in January when the weather was cooler. The pool was really inviting, but with the cooler temps the water was too cold to swim. If the pool was heated, we would have definitely spent time here during parts of our day.

An amazing stay! The hotel is beautiful, the food is excellent, and the location couldn’t be more perfect. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. Would definitely come back!

Location was prime for walking out to old Hoi A for sites, eats, entertainment, and shopping. The staff were responsive in addressing every need. Breakfast was one of the best buffets offering fresh ingredients, local favorites, as well as an international and vegan options. Our room was beautifully designed and so comfortable!

I am happy to found a place that me and my family will always go to when we are in Hoi An. The location is fantastic closed to everything. The breakfast is awesome and the staff are warm, helpful especially Huy our receptionist for making our stay memorable and guiding us to must visit places

Beautiful boutique hotel, perfect location. Staff were absolutely amazing, phenomenal service. Lieu on reception was lovely and went out of her way to assist us. Great breakfast, great pool.Beds very firm.

It's in a noisy area so you'll hear street noise in the morning. It didn't bother us but they supply ear plugs if needed.

The location, staff and hotel was great. We visited on our honeymoon and the team gave us a cake and decorated our bed with petals too. The included breakfast was nice too - lots of options, both traditional and western. The onsite spa was great too

Beds were very firm!

This was a stellar experience. The room was gorgeous! I loved the huge bath. The breakfast was very good. The absolute best part of the experience were the wonderful people working there. They seemed to genuinely take pride in the work they do and they should. They were truly exceptional. A special shout out to Liz who did everything she could to make us as comfortable as possible.

Nothing. This was an awesome experience.

Excellent location. Quaint but with complete facilities and excellent breakfast buffet. Commendable, friendly and helpful staff. Will recommend to anyone.

Perfect location, excellent breakfast.

I felt like the staff hovered a bit too much during breakfast, like stepping in too quickly to help when I didn't need it. Not bad, just a bit annoying.

We loved everything about this property. Absolutely beautiful hotel with the most amazing staff .Liz and her team were incredibly warm and helpful location was perfect. It was more on the quiet side, but still very short walk to old town. I highly recommend staying at this property.

Perfect location, great breakfast, spacious room for family

A clean and spacious place, perfectly located near the lantern-lit riverside of Hoi An. The food was delicious, and the staff went above and beyond with their warm and helpful service. I was truly impressed and will certainly return.

Some long hairs in the shower from the previous guest or the room cleaner.

The hotel is in an excellent location. The staff is very friendly, making the visitors feel welcome. The room is not super spacious but very comfortable with in room amenities. .

The shower could be designed better as the door is hitting the shower head.
