Zen Boutique Villa Hoi An

The property is peaceful and aesthetic. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had an enjoyable stay in Hoi An and even booked the Memories show for us, organised motorbike hire and a private car back to Da Nang. My husband and I are vegans and they made sure to supply a breakfast to suit out dietary needs. The location is a short walk from the centre of town, but it also means it was a more quiet stay which was good for sleeping.

Of all our stays in Vietnam, ZEN Boutique Hoi An is the one I'd return to without hesitation. Zen by name, zen by nature - this place just gets everything right.The location strikes the perfect balance - close enough to walk into Hoi An's Ancient Town, yet when your legs are tired after a day of exploring, a Grab back is both easy and cheap.I'm a total cynic when it comes to hotel breakfasts, but ZEN completely changed my mind. It's à la carte rather than buffet, with both Western and Asian options executed perfectly. After my first morning's Western-style eggs, I was tempted to try the pho the following day - and I was hooked. It became a highlight of each morning.The staff were exceptional. Beyond the warm welcome, they provided genuinely useful tips and recommendations for exploring Hoi An and the surrounding area. They even found us an excellent driver/guide for the next leg of our journey up to Huế, which made a real difference to our trip.If you're visiting Hoi An, stay here. Simple as that.

We had a wonderful stay at Zen Boutique. The room was spacious and breakfasts were delicious. It was the perfect place to relax after a day exploring. Huong was an incredible host and gave us recommendations for shops, restaurants, spas, and cooking classes. She helped arrange airport pickup as well. We borrowed the bikes and had easy access to bike paths around the vegetable gardens. Would definitely stay here again.

The pool with the cool water, the amazing breakfast and the nicest staff!! You have bikes to use for free and all the facilities to stay comfortable here :)

Very lovely staff who helps you every step of the way. Breakfast is really good with fresh fruits and a lot of choice. Room was good as well.

Shower didn’t have to much waterpower sometimes. The staff did try to fix it.

Rooms were comfortable & clean. Breakfast was great - lots of options & made to order. Staff were extremely helpful & kind. The location of the hotel is a good 20 minute walk from the old town, without many pavements so we did end up having to get grabs a lot.

The staff are very friendly and helpful without being intrusive. They make an effort to cater for your personal breakfast preferences and book taxis and trips for guests. The room is comfortable, spacious, light and super clean. The location of the hotel is in a quieter area just outside the old town - the river is just a fifteen to twenty minute walk away. The beach is about five kms away - a short taxi ride. This was our second stay and they have kept up their high standards.

I loved my stay at Zen Boutique. The location was perfect for me, just a 10 minute walk into the Old City but away from the crowds and noise. The aesthetics and design of the hotel was very cool. The breakfast I had was excellent and thoughtful. The hotel staff were phenomenal, especially Vy, so helpful. I booked my tours and they answered every question. The staff make you feel special. Mahalos Zen and staff.

We had an incredible stay at Zen Villa! From the moment we stepped inside, we felt like we were in our own private retreat. The villa was cozy and inviting, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere that made us feel right at home.We loved the intimate and secluded feel, which made us feel like we were truly abroad, immersed in a local experience. The surrounding rice paddies and serene ambiance were the perfect antidote to our busy lives. We left feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and thoroughly relaxed. The breakfast every morning was a perfect representation of the provincial life in Hoi An, with fresh fruits that rotates everyday, fresh squeeze fruit juices, authentic Vietnamese coffee, and a selection of local dishes for entree. What we LOVED the most was the staff! They are so friendly and accommodating! Always greeted us with a smile and asked how our days were, making us feel welcomed every time. Huong, thank you for all the lovely chats and recommendations especially local restaurants and where to get the best tailored wedding attires! Vy, thank you for arranging our needs such as the motorbikes and informing us the festivities in Old Town like the lantern festival. Joy and I are so thankful for everything you both have done for us! And for the security guard, thank you for staying up late ensuring we arrive safely. Overall, we couldn't recommend this villa more highly - it's a must-stay for anyone looking for a unique and unforgettable experience in Hoi An!
