Staff very friendly, helpful and professional

We used the hotel slippers and they actually asked us in lobby to return same or pay.? and there was one teaspoon which we broke by mistake.? they charged us 1,20,000 for one teaspoon.? very embarrassing

Best hotel breakfast we've ever had just chalk full of delicious, flavorful food. The staff is also very kind and attentive and try their best to ensure you enjoy your stay.

Fantastic location, staff were super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. Restaurant at the hotel was also nice option for dinner.

Liked everything, little further from the town but it’s nice not being in the centre.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel!The food was absolutely delicious, with a variety that exceeded our expectations. The pool was very pleasant and relaxing, and the room was spacious, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. The location is excellent—close to the city center yet just far enough to avoid the hustle and bustle, making it the perfect balance between convenience and tranquility.A special thanks goes to Brian, the bellboy, who was exceptionally kind, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. His service truly made our experience even better.Highly recommended—we would definitely come back!

We loved this hotel. It is not to big or too small. The service was exceptional. Tapie was so good to us and the other staff members were super nice. We loved our stay here and would highly recommend it to anyone. The rooms are big and the bathrooms were outstanding. The hospitality of the staff was out of this world. Cant say this town was impacted by floods because the place was clean and the breakfast buffet was super.

The entry road needs to be done up. But overall no complaints.

Location and staff!

Walls were thin and needed to wear earplugs at night to sleep. Also, the breakfast was extensive but only mediocre in quality. There are much better cafes in town for breakfast. Also, although the spa is clean and beautiful, the massage that my wife and I both experienced were the worst massages we had on our 3 week trip to Vietnam. Very inexperienced masseuses.

Exceptional gala dinner for the new year's Eve, food, event, decorations, presents, and atmosphere were great. Very nice breakfast with a big variety, nice swimming pool. Not far from old town just few minutes on foot. Very Friendly and supportive staff. Room is vintage style with a pool view , very cozy and bathroon is spacious, quite comfy bed. SPA was also great with a very good price. The hotel even provided a voucher for a 30 min foot massage.

Very close to the ancient town, staff was very friendly and helpful, we also attended their Christmas dinner which exceeded our (moderate) expectations with how charming it was. Restaurant was ok overall, rooms were nice.

Great location, lovely friendly staff and good food.

Rooms were very noisy due to design of the hotel - noise reverberated internally and could hear other guests talking on other floors as if they were outside my room. The doors were loud too and my neighbors had children who were running around banging on doors. Unfort I also had a room over the front of hotel and there was constant beeping and noise from local bars. As a female solo traveler this happens almost every hotel I stay at. Treated like 3rd class citizens - I had hoped for better from the Allegro

Great sized room and walking distance from the old town. The facilities in the room made for a very comfortable stay. Breakfast was varied and staff were very helpful.

The noise! There is little to no sound proofing in the rooms.

Property was in a good location. The room we had for 3 people was very spacious. Breakfast selection was varied and pretty good. They had option for onsite spa. They also recommended different tailoring shops.The hotel went above and beyond during historic flooding period. They rented a boat and helped us get to a dry area in town the first day. The second day they coordinated a boat ride with airport pick up. I would totally stay here again.

Laundry was expensive. They did offer to connect us with an offsite person to charge per kilo instead of per item. However, because of extreme flooding we ended up having them do laundry. It was around $40 for what would have been one load at home. (We were halfway through our trip and just bad timing).

This gem was a real find. We were greeted by friendly staff when we arrived and promptly shown to our room. The breakfast every morning was plentiful with lots of selection. The room was clean and enough space for 2 people. The location was perfect, walking distance to many local sights. But the best treat was the staff, especially Min, who went above and beyond to make our stay special. She was very welcoming and kind, making sure we had everything we needed. She remembered our names and made it a point to come say hello. I would definitely recommend this gem of a place when you’re visiting Hoi An.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing and the location excellent. Sadly we didn't get to use the pool but it did look lovely.

Very well set up hotel, beautifully decorated, incredibly helpful staff and a delicious breakfast. Best hotel breakfast we’ve had in Vietnam.

Laundry service was expensive, we did ours externally for a fraction of the price.

Great hotel in a traditional style. The room was fantastic and breakfast was great. Nice touch to have free bicycles. Location was excellent.

The view from the balcony was over an old, disused tennis court and some old buildings. I was not sure who owned that area and possibly out of the hotel's hands

Great location, fabulous pool and day spa. Only a ten min walk to the old town. Staff are beautiful and very accommodating.

Very friendly clean helpful

Min, Lavie and Anna were awesome and really made our stay exceptional. The breakfast menu was incredible! Loved how this place is also close walking distance to everywhere too! Our room was lovely, roomy and clean.

We booked a tour to the mountains through the hotel. The places we saw were amazing and a must see!. The only fault was the actual tour guide herself (Hang) who did not integrate with any of us, she would point to where we go and just kept leaving us and telling us to meet her in 15 minutes at each stop. She would also wonder off and we would get lost, she did not explain any history unless we asked. Next time we will organise a private tour guide ourselves. This is not in any way or form the fault of the hotel, it is the fault of the tour company itself.

Great breakfast, connecting room which is great for families. You can take bicycles for free. Close to the old city. The staff is very nice and helpful.

It is a bit expensive.
