The staff was amazing and nice and can converse well in english.

The property is pretty far from food locations but it is very quiet so that is good.

It was close enough to walk to the beach. It was clean and offered a pool which was covered so we could use it even when it was raining. It was quiet.

The area where the guest house is located is very quiet, place is clean, room is nice with a large terrasse, the staff is very helpful. Price-quality ratio is excellent.

Considering the price, nothing to complain about.

The staff here are INCREDIBLE! They can’t do enough for you. The room is also massive and has both an ac & fan. The room & bathroom were clean.

I was on the bottom floor right by the pool. If you are sensitive to noise - ask for a room higher up away from the pool.

Our stay at beach palm was amazing!! I would 100% recommend it! The rooms were so comfortable and the entire place was clean and welcoming! The stand out for us was Na! She is amazing and will help you organise anything you want to do and is so welcoming and friendly everyday. She will always have a smile on her face, there is no job too big or too small for her! She came to our rescue many times, we made many memories there!! Thank you so much Na for our amazing time in hoi an!!

A gem of a place. We couldn’t fault it. Everything was great from checkin to checkout. The staff were magnificent. The hotel is so close to the beach and very quiet.

Very clean and modern with a nice balcony

Great price for the quality of the room. Big, comfortable beds and generally a very pleasant vibe. Breakfast was included which was decent. The location however wasn’t so ideal. It’s a bit of out the way down a quiet residential road with no amenities nearby. You can walk to hidden beach in under 10 minutes but to go anywhere else you need transport. I booked a tour to My Son sanctuary through the reception desk. The following day, after an early get-up, when I was waiting to be picked up for the tour, I received a phone call from the receptionist to say the morning tour was fully booked and I could go in the afternoon instead. Not being impressed with this, I refused and then suddenly, after she made a phone call to the tour company, a place was available. It seemed like she had forgotten to book the tour. Was happy with it overall having got a good deal on the price.

Very clean rooms with big balcony. The host is so kind and will always try to help during our stay. The beach is at walking distance and there are free bicycles to use at the accommodation or motorbike for rent.

The old town is 15 minutes away so keep that in mind. Grabcar, motorbike or bicycle are great options to go there!

Amazing. Loved our room, huge balcony, very clean, lovely and friendly staff, delicious breakfast, walking distance to beach, bicycles available to ride into town....would without hesitation, stay here again!! THANK YOU for a wonderful stay!!!!

Breakfast was excellent included in price. Excellent information about trips and tours which they will help you book, very good value for money. Beds are to die for. Staff was super friendly.

Perfect

The room was big and clean. The staff were lovely and attentive. The breakfast was good. I had the traditional HoiAn breakfast, which a pork and shrimp noodles with a little broth.

Sometimes, I felt pressured to book tours through the hotel. I understand why, but as a solo traveller, I sometimes felt targeted. It was still amazing, though, and I would recommend it. Just be prepared to say no and not feel guilty.

We loved the staff and all the beautiful plants throughout the hotel. The front desk lady was helpful arranging tours, motorbikes and rides. All the ladies there work very hard and put on a great breakfast with very tasty pancakes! It was so worth getting the room with a private balcony! It was huge with stunning plants.

We were unsure when we could order food during the day and dinner as no one stayed in the restaurant all day and evening. Maybe hours of the restaurant would be helpful or a note would be helpful. Great little menu with nice prices.

The most beautiful apartments, cleaned to a high standard. Breakfast was absolutely delicious every morning and the staff were 10/10- very helpful and accommodating to all and any needs. We will definitely be back here and highly recommend staying here when visiting Hoi An!

Absolutely nothing at all!

10/10, highly recommend staying here when visiting. The rooms were so spacious and the villa itself was overwhelmingly beautiful! Great, friendly staff- definitely been our favourite place in Vietnam!

Everything was perfect!

Beautiful setting, lots to see around it if you venture towards the river or the beach. It was so great renting scooters and exploring. The breakfasts were top notch. Very friendly staff. Upon arrival Our host explained all the tours and things to do in the area and welcomed me with a refreshing fruit drink.

I feel like people should know that across the street a man sings karaoke VERY loudly. And VERY badly. At first it was endearing, but the volume shakes your widows and goes on for hours. People that had planned to stay for two weeks left after night 3. We did complain and he eventually stopped. The second thing that wasn’t great was a surprise pest spraying where we couldn’t enter the hotel for a few hrs on one of the days. We made sure to ask if it was safe and they assured us it was. Probably why it is such a clean hotel. Overall I loved my stay and the facilities were amazing. Friendly people. I would stay again.
