Be Boutique Hotel

Location food and bank near by is excellent

The recipient is too noise , moving the chair , closing the door bang day and night causing un peaceful atmosphere, especially when staying at the ground floor room

Clean and good location

Room is not spacious

The room is just nice for a solo traveller or couples.Near fastfood restaurant and food stall.

Not suggested to have a walk outside late at night...there is so many creepy person on that area.

Good location, good price, clean and comfy

No toothbrush, no tissue

Second time here. It's comfortable for a night stay. The water pressure is excellent. Easy for parking also. Walking distance to banks and food places.

- friendly staff - safe hotel location - a walking distance to restaurants (kfc, pizza hut, dominos, tealive, chatime, mamak, mcd) - worth of money - clean & comfy room (i used to stay in presidential suite)

staff very friendly, room come with hair dryer and lobby for the water dispenser.

just the amenities can be improve. if got hair dryer can also have shower cap. My supervisor king room a little big small and no windows.

air-conditioning very good

parking is hard to get because of the office area , after 6 o'clock baru clear.

Good location . Very handy places and close with many shops and restaurants.

Just not worth it the price with such a small room . And the room is not sounds proof . Toilet is not very that clean

Toilet is smelly and bath towel got hole, pillow and mattress was too old.

No. Smoking room and location.

Basic hotel with watercooler / refresher at ground floor.

Room was small and situated at a (fairly) busy road. The airco unit that was there we needed to turn on in the afternoon so by the time we went to bed the room was cool enough.

Very close to the bus terminal, and all amenities. 50m walk to the street art attraction.

Unfortunately it was very noisy from traffic late at night!

nice place to stay.. nearest at the kfc.. pizza hut.. watson.. very nice location.. luv this hotel.. if come again.. surely will choose to stay here..

nothing so far...

Clean room, easy check-in, and very near to all kinds of food, bakery, banks, clinic, etc and just 3min walk to the wall art mural alley

Bathroom seems small for the premium family room. Better if shower curtain provded.

Near to eating place, convenient to stay, there are many facilities nearby

The a bit small for 4 people...not enough space to move around

Convenient location, powerful aircon.

My room was not made up, I stayed 2 nights. Even though the shower was strong, the water was not hot enough

Goof location, comfortable bed and bathroom

Don't have basic amenities like a hair dryer for a queen bed room, it would be pleasant if the hotel prepared that

The water shower is great, like waterfall. The location is convenient, walking distance to street art and some good eating places.

Nil

Windowless room but everything else worked fine - very clean, strong wifi, quiet aircon and good hot shower!

Near to attractive place...Easy to find restaurants
