Proper maintenance in this area is needed to ensure a better guest experience.
- Need to walk up the staircase to the 2nd floor to reach the reception and the room.
- They offered better walk-in rate which includes breakfast.

Location so strategic for my business
- Water Heater not functioned.- tv not functioned.
1. Easy to access.2. Near eatrries.3. Spacious room, lots of power points.4. Comfortable bed.5. Public parking available.6. Sound proofing is good.
1. Near supermarket so parking can be a hastle during peak hours.2. Lobby on 1st floor, quite a flight if you have luggage and/or knee pain.3. Housekeeper missed the dust under/near the bed.
Location is right on top of Kluang Railway Coffee shop. Expect waiting time to park during daytime. But after coffee shop closed, plenty of parking. There’s also a Ninso RM2.40 shop next to coffee house. Staff are very warm and accomodative to any inquiries. There’s no kettle in the room but you can get hot or cold water from coway machine near reception counter. Ironing facility is avail in a separate room behind reception. Room is ok, not too spacious but comfy for couple. Bathroom is clean and shower has cold/hot water tap. Would definitely book here again if we’re in Kluang town.
Hard to get parking during day when coffee house is operating from 8am to 6pm. No elevator but stairs aren’t that steep. I have knee issue but somehow kinda easy to climb and go down these stairs

They don’t provide single-use amenities, even if they put a note in the room saying that they removed them from the room for ‘environmental friendly’, and you can ask for them from the staff. And when I went to ask for it, they said they do not provide them, and don’t provide any other solutions. If you don’t provide these amenities, you should remove the note in your room, and clearly state the situation when people book your room online!
