Pros +
- The place is conveniently located with easy access to various areas, especially the railway station. The staff are friendly and very helpful, and all the rooms are in good condition.
- When I booked 4 ppls room (2 queen beds) as per my booking apps showed in photo but my room was 3 ppls (1 queen and 1 single). It wasn’t worth what I paid for 4 ppls. Staffs explanation very rude and no patient . They explained all is Booking apps assigned the room when I booked. They said they can’t do anything with it.. I had to stayed 2 nights in squeeze beds for 4 ppls. I really disappointed abt booking apps did not solved my issue even I reported the issue. I think I will write in to consumer support for this issue..
