Cleanliness and the bed

The Aircond wasn’t cold enough and cause condensation with slight water drippings. The level 6 somehow still hold some strong smoking smell. Hope the breakfast more varieties.The rest was great

Very comfortable and conducive for staying

Breakfast package not worth it. They hired third party catering. The meal really cheap not tasty. If you're late the food finished, they didn't topup. Even though the time was 8.30am. Timing breakfast was 7.00am - 10.00am. so, u need to come early to have enough meal

noisy - traffic, cars, motorbikes were so loudroom soundproofing between each room - everytime the next door rooms turn on the tap it's super loudwifi - barely workscleanliness - room and bathroom was not cleanFor RM168/night in Kluang you'd expect better

Room - clean and comfortable and air conditioning was welcomed and there was more than enough space for the family in Family Room.Staff were very helpful at check in and housekeeping - we needed batteries to work a chromecast device and staff were able to provide some free of charge so we wouldn't have to go back out into the heat. Much appreciated!Location - excellent and within walking distance to cafes and shopping centres - we also used Grab to go to the shopping centre.

Bathroom - was adequate with good supply of toiletries - rubber bath mat a little well worn - slightly moldy.

The room is so spacious, clean, comfy, the window is L shape, beautiful, got bath tub, price affordable, staff so kind.

Great location with plenty of restaurants close by. Secure parking. The room was well equipped with a comfy bed and pillows. Bath with a shower over. Freshly decorated.

Breakfast was not good. We arrived at 9.30 before breakfast finished at 10am. Staff had already started to clear away the food. Food was mainly Asian but was cold. Fried eggs were cold and like rubber.We stayed on the 6th floor and could smell cigarette smoke. Reception said it was because the floor above was the smoking floor.

Stayed for a night stop, very spacious and clean room. Bathroom was decent and comes with a tub. Didn't try the breakfast as there's loads food around.

Nothing on the TV there though.

Easily accessible location. The room is clean and the staff are very helpful.

The floor in the room was quite uncomfortable due to its stickiness. The parking space is limited.

We have always stayed here whenever we are in Kluang. Great location. We find the hotel has improved tremendously since we last stayed in 2023. Overall ambience improved and certainly cleanliness too. Will definitely be back again. Please keep up the good work!

Centrally located and a short walk from the bus station and railway station. There are many coffee shops and restaurants around. The hotel is clean and the room is big.

Location, secure parking, spacious room and very clean. City food market 2 mins walk away for breakfast

Location was great, awesome cafe and eateries within walkable distance. There is a small outdoor playground near the riverside that kids can go to as well. Staff are friendly and helpful to us. We had a great view (panaromic windows awesome) of the Ramadhan Bazaar and overall city, it was very nice to see fireworks at night.

Room facilities have little bit wear and tear here and there. And can see the hotel tried their best to mend and fix. Probably not okay for those who seek full aesthetic.

The housekeeping section whereby the housekeeper is lazy when comes to tidying up the room as well as washing the toilet and the cups used in the room. Housekeeper didn’t wash the toilet and the cups used plus quite reluctant to clean up the bed. Even sweeping the room is a disappointment. The room was only swept at the area where it is being used.

The room has a nice view of Kluang. Most shops and restaurants are nearby, so go take a walk while sightseeing.Whatever u need is within reach so dont worry.The hotel is also very cozy. Just perfect for a short stay in quaint Kluang.Good value for money and comfortable stay. I will come again next time.

The housekeeping team didnt properly sweep the floor I think. There were dust and hair underneath the study table and the arm chairs Management should keep an eye on them whether they are doing their job well or not .
