Room was small and it was noisy because the housekeeping staff was talking non stop at the floor. Can hear every bit and detail from inside the room.
No breakfast. Location was good.
Bed sheets, pillow cases and towels(stained) are pretty old. The room is quite small for a family room.
Cleanliness is at acceptable, not as clean as i thought it would be when i read others' reviews.
Aircond took bout 3 hours to cool the room, and i think the bed have mites
Room is okay suitable for my budget. Location easy to find. Toiletries incomplete.
Good place for a 1 night stay. Nearby restaurants.
Overall was good. But the night shift staff should be more alert. I requested for an iron just to receive it after an hour. Apparently he is too busy playing phone game. I understand they want to fill up their time but customer first.
Cleanliness of the place, friendly staff & helpful.
The TV channel is not really functional, always get stucked.
Disappointing
Room not comfortable, smaller and without window.
Superb Cleanliness!Near to the town.
WiFi connection not good and cannot be used. At the morning, the water heater doesn't working. Most of the tv channels are Singaporean and Malaysian channel always stuck n not clear.
I like that the way they still can accept people to check in at the late night. My husband and I arrived late (1:30am) but the hotel still served us well. The hotel near a halal restaurant. You can go there for breakfast to eat nasi lemak. Delicious
I dont really like the space of the hotel. Quite small for us.
