Better than expected.Clean room.Nice receptionist.

Waiting time to check in took long time.On aircond too cold, switch to fan too hot. No in between.No toiletrist.

The bed n pillow Are bad..not comfortable..in the bathroom no water heater .. bathroom water is not fast.. Not worth for money..the Hotel very smelly ?…. first time I heard, if I book from booking.com I have to pay a commission at the hotel?.. I have experience booking on booking.com and I have never paid a commission..? Very Bad experience

Very poor

I recently stayed at Anika Inn, and unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. The mattress was uncomfortably hard, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Moreover, the hot water in the toilet wasn't functioning, and the lights in the room were also not working properly. I communicated these issues to the staff, but the problems persisted throughout my stay. I hope these concerns can be addressed for the comfort of future guests.

rm90 for an old bad with funky smell toilet . the hotel is really suitable just for piap ii . i was regretting checkin here . the air con remote is not functioning and everything in the room using the old furnish

24 hours reception counter

the bed linen was NOT fresh, it was a USED one..... Pillow case is fresh n OKThe lady supervisor at the counter was rude and arrogant!

The indian guy Mr Raj at the front desk being quite helpfull to change our room. Eventhough he have to work during deepavali's eve, he really help us.

The bed is in really bad shape, aircond not working, tv no remote control (you have to ask the remote control from front desk)

the room and the bathroom is spacious.. the bathroom has bathtub.. the room is very clean..

Spacious. Location good. Peace & quiet.

1.Got to come down to take hot water,like rumah tumpangan murah.Should hv at least jug heater in room.Its jst bout RM20-40.2.Iron box to be in room.3.Antenna TV recepiion should be upgrade.4.Shower heater not really functioning well.Must repair.5.Few small maintenance defects should be rectified.i.e. curtain rails missing,screws missing,shower bathtub rubber missing,etcFor all these,to add up another RM10 in room charges wont be an issue at all.TQ

I stayed in room no 2117. shower water was very slow. I couldn’t bath with shower.

The rooms are big but not in proper condition, frim the bed till the toilet is damage.
