I don’t like rooms that only meet the requirement of having a window but without any view. Yes, I did book a room with a window, but please don’t give me one where the view is blocked by a building

the metal installed in the floor before the toilet seems like broken and sharp, it is dangerous for kids or old person.

Parking :( Difficult to find park when reserved parking is full.

My 2nd stay. I booked 2 double rooms. Given the 3rd level as requested but the room was easily warmed up, maybe was on top floor. It took the air-con long time to cool the room. The table space in my room was very limited. The wall space below the TV could put in a side table or build-in to the wall. Because the other room has a long table on full stretch of the window side.

the location is great. easy access to anywhere and the room is comfortable. bed can fit 3 adult but its a tight fit. have 7 eleven next to the hotel in case you want to buy any snacks.

the hallway smell kind of like pee. there's a very noticeable stain on the sofa inside the room.the ceiling also have some holes.

Lousy hotel

No free parking. There are only 2 lots for hotel guests. Always parked by the same car which I believe belongs to the hotel staff. No proper housekeeping. There is a piece of bread underneath the bed during my 3 days stay at room 305. Internet connection was cut off at about 9am on the day of check out. Indicating to us to check out early.

Friendly reception. Clean hotel. Quite new and big size bed. Near McD and Domino's Pizza.

Good location, near to shopping mall & food

Small room, no mini bar, no chair for desk & have to eat dinner on bed. 2 strand of hair on pillow & multiple hairs on toilet floor. Wifi connection non existent for my room 3A. No rubbish bin in room (only toilet got bin)

The room was clean and quite spacious. The shower was very nice, and the bed comfy. Strategic location close to eateries and malls

The pillows were rock hard and massive. Too bad since the bed itself was comfy. Lightning switch very only at the main door, would be convenient to have them next to the bed.The staff wasn't really friendly.
