Kluang Riverview Hotel

the water pressure was good. the aircon is working well. a basic malaysian tv channels plus singapore channels. my room is windowless so no comment for view. manage to park the car in front of the hotel. need to put the deposit of RM50. walking distance to Sunway Kluang Mall and Kluang Parade. Main bus station is next building.

Strategic location. Walking distance to a nearby food court. Friendly staff, attended to my request to change rooms with windows, with slightly extra cost for sure.

Disturbing noisy Jumanji-like sound from a nearby club at night till 8 am.My bad for not considering reviews from others on such noises at night.

Well cleaned and located at the centre of the Kluang City.

Location is good as bus station is just a stone throw away, good ?

My adjacent room to Prime City is too close for comfort bcos of the nightclub singing and loud music ? even until pass 5am morning! OMG. We had sleepless night!

The location was near to many eateries, as well as the Sunway Kluang Mall. We booked the executive suite, and the room was huge. Bed was comfortable and clean too. Hotel and counter staff were kind enough to return the vanity kit which I had left behind in the room. Thank you very much!

The executive suite could have been cosier. It would be better if the management included some additional furnishings (e.g. sofa, wall art, etc) and carpeted the laminated floor.

The wonderful front desk team assist during check in time, since some error occurred. But the hand given by the team was thankful. ????

The amenities provided should topup without request, since it for quite a long stay..

Location is near bus terminal if you come by bus, and a 7-11 outlet.

Noise from the nearby disco can be heard in the wee hours.

Windowless room...Booking.com did not mention anything about windowless room.

The king bed room is spacious, basic facilities in the room. Cleanses acceptable. Good location, accessible to many places.

The Queen size bed room has no window, has a smoking smell from previous guests.

The price for a room that doesn’t have windows seems a bit expensive.

Comfortable room

There seems to be some sort of a nightclub right next to the hotel because there's constantly music blasting throughout the hotel building during every night. In addition, elevator noise can be easily heard as well. Comfortable room overall but HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND due to constant loud noises interrupting sleep hours.

The room is clean, and the bed is comfortable.

I stayed on the top floor, below the car park. When cars pass above the room, some noises can be heard.

Clean, free and large parking space, with hair dryer attached in bathroom, and iron board provided at floor walkway, with water heater, and complete set of toiletries provided as well.

The toilet flush button is damaged, and there is a problem of flushing all the time. The noise is huge.

The hotel is conveniently situated just a short stroll away from the Bus Terminal. The hotel offers a clean and comfortable environment. During our stay in the Deluxe room, we were pleasantly surprised by its spaciousness. The room itself was tidy, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable.

The hotel provides only one small bottle of mineral water daily, and there is no water dispenser available. Additional bottles of water can be obtained for an extra charge of RM2 per bottle. The air conditioning in the room doesn't provide sufficient cooling, especially when it's scorching outside. Consequently, the room tends to feel uncomfortably warm during periods of extreme heat.
