This hotel parking is very good and easy

The lift is so tribble is so small and is look so scary the way going up & down and on , the 4th floor aircon is very bad suddenly midnight 2pm the aircon not work at all until 4pm i cannot slept , i try to call the reception counter no one answer at all then i have to find the way to slow it, and also the room is very hot and so small i don't want too come back again to this hotel anymore , no friendly stuff also

Cosy, value for money, clean room with good bed, spacious room. Front desk staff name Aisya was very polite and helpful. This hotel will be my choice whenever i am working in this area.

Nothing makes me appreciate this hotel. Is old and dirty. The lift never maintains at all. Used to jam half way. Like haunted.

The room was dirty and the bathroom heater not hot at all. We requested to change the room. They did change but the 2nd room was so dirty and dusty. I will never come to this hotel anymore.

the room is spacious. very comfy with big window overlooking the garden. food is okay since they changed it from breakfast to sahur. staf is very friendly and polite.

the first room they gave me is filled with ciggarette smell. so they changed the room. the toilet was a little smelly so i needed to change the room.

The bathroom dont have privacy especially the window !! Electric kettle rusty and dirty. Towel and bed not cleaned well and smelly. My air-conditioner stop working at 1 am and suddenly working again at 3 am. I cant sleep bcs its hot.

Our total stay was 2 nights over the weekend.The room was clean . The buffet breakfast is continental or , local nasi lemak with juice or tea or coffee. When there is not enough paying guests, they offered us " ala carte "(ordered the night before) which came hot as we take our seats . Conditions much better than with the previous management. As requested we got room on high floor . Ample parking in front of the hotel . Good views. Surroundings are quiet and next to a golf course

Always a fan of this hotel when I'm in Kluang.Unfortunately this time stayed during the sudden flood period so it has been dam, cold and raining throughout my stay.The hotel was attentive enough to inform me through their Whatsapp channel (which I appreciate very much ) that their hot water supply is not available due to the thunderstorm.

The location was good! and the staff was very helpful and friendly!

Soundproof should be improved, I can hear the next door bang the door all the time, even my room is without a window! It's my second time staying with them and I still think my first stay was much greater than this time.

The toilet and an air conditioner. They should make a special door for the toilet. A toilet is a place to dispose of dirty fluids. So, your room should not have an open toilet especially when the toilet has a door that is not 100% closed. The smell in the toilet can spread througout the room and caused discomfort. I hope that the owner hotel of yours can consider this issue. Also, your air conditioner is leaking. So you better check the rest to avoid any problems between you and the visitors. Thankyou

Comfy environment, the room space is big, the bed and sofa is very comfortable, and with a nice view. Convenient for parking.Staff is friendly and smooth check-in process.My families like the breakfast - Mee goreng and Nasi lemak.

A lot of things. Spacious room, parking, breakfast, friendly staff, sufficient room amenities. I like the old elevator, though a bit funny feeling when it is moving up and down.

The aircond was cold but the dripping water from it produces annoying sound the whole night. Need to check and service.

while we understand this is an old property and newly refurbished , somehow the room still have smoky smell though it stated strictly NO smoking is allowed .

Friendly staff. Breakfast with Nasi Lemak and other food was simple but delicious. Location was good just a few minutes drive from town area. Ample parking.

Lobby was ok but carpet in the lift and common corridor on level 2 and level 3 where rooms are located was old, dusty and lacking in cleanliness. Can smell it once the lift door open. Bathroom was ok but the carpet in some of the rooms(we booked 7 rooms for 2nights) were lacking in cleanliness. The aircon fan unit in my room was making a high pitch noise and i have to request to change room near midnight. If they could remove all the old carpet and just use tiles for the common area and wood laminated flooring in the rooms it would be more hygenic.
