The lighting was average.Had difficulty to dress up with the lighting especially during make up.Otherwise happy with other facilities.

parking lot is less
The location is good. Near those attractions like Gunung lambak est. 10 mins and below for driving without any traffic jam. Visit the nearest famous Chinese hawkers also not far eg. Ah foo Satay, botak curry mee and etc...Parking places are also nice no worries no parking lot.
Most concerns are not so clean. Enter the room that has a dusty smell maybe the room does not have a window that I'm not sure of, but for me I'm not comfortable. Secondly, I can see some hairy on the bedsheet and pillow and blanket too... The basin is also not clean like never washing can see the dirt. The aircon was cold but felt like lots of dust and did not have proper maintenance.Water boiler outside got dust and inside still have little water...so... Ermm... No idea...I no dare to use the boiler.The whole night I was unable to sleep, ? ? I just hope they can re-maintain and keep their hotel clean since they have a good location.

Breakfast was not available. It be great if breakfast can be provided and include in hotel charge. Light breakfast or meals that we can order .and not costly eg ard rm 10.

The room is spacious as I booked family suite though expensive but only 2 adults stayed. I needed 2 single beds. Lobby is good for waiting for transport.
Staff unfriendly. The towel is torn and black. Toilet has no clothes hanger. Room has no luggage bench or rack. Location is far from city center. Quiet area with no shopping.

The air-conditioning was not functioning and the room was congested. Your receptionist should attend the public relations class. They don't know how to treat the customer. Not even say hi/hello or something to welcome the customer. Worse the morning receptionist, her face was like I wanted to borrow her money.

do not have proper shower, just use the water heater even for cold water so the water is slow and little
No breakfast provided. No toothbrush or toothpaste. The shampoo is so little and it’s not enough of one time use. Bar soap was given instead of shower foam. No Iron and ironing board and when I request for it. The staff told me I need to go to ground floor and iron at their common room cannot Iron in my room!!!Only one room card when I order a family suite.
