Kluang Container Swimming Pool Hotel

Pillow and bed are comfortable, room is clean, toilet is clean, pool water is clean, hotel surrounding is clean, lot of parking around the area, and check out was easy.

Need a lot of improvement on sound proofing. Noise from the main road simply make it harder to fall asleep.

Environment and for me the best things admire me is behind the hotel have one murugar temple really feel soooo blessed ? this is my second time I booked tis hotel

The wall inside the room look dirty, water mark. The room window not tinted , so can see through from outside.

Very minimalist

The stairs for the slide needs to be repair. You have a good place & good staff, Im sure you want to maintain the facilities for more people to come.

The swimming pool with slide. The security guard was kind. The receptionist was responsible and explained in detail. Big parking space.

No lift available for level 2. No restaurant available but it's alright. My room is in level 2, I got to lock the balcony door (but the lock was not in good condition though), there is a stairs direct to the balcony but it's dangerous also, in case someone went in without anyone noticing. Pls take note.

Room is big enough for 4 pax. Good layout. Stayed during weekday. You can have the pool by yourself.Mattress comfort just right.

There should install a shower curtain or door..so the floor at non shower area is dry.

Location is strategic, parking is easy

Will be good if could fix signboard to indicate where the rooms are, I have climbed few staircase to locate my room.

Value for Money. One container all for yourself. Clean Comfy bed. Boutique. Gonna be my go to place to stay.

The environment, cleanliness, and the facilities are all good. There are pools for adults & kids. And a simple slide to enjoy in the adults pool..

Really handy location for an overnight stop. Comfortable beds and good amenities.

Air con, shower water is strong, clean, good wifi, near town.

Swimming pool is too crowded as the guests next door invited her kampong to come and swim at the pool. Noisy and not conducive for us.

The concept.The night shift manager allowed me to park my motorcycle (Triumph) inside the premises of the hotel.

The pool in front of the room, easy access from parking lot, very attentive & friendly staff.

For bfast, although its very cheap (rm10 perhead) its still need a lil bit improvement on quality & a bit misleading, ie the item served are less & a bit different than what is listed from the pamphlet.

One of the aircons was not cold which we've feedbacked to the hotel as well

Location was good as we were driving. Parking was free @ hotel too. Bed was comfortable. Will stay again when I visit Kluang next time.

We stayed at Room B1 and there was this sound which came from next door (though no one was staying there) throughout our stay. Whatsapped the hotel staff but no reply there and then though they acknowledged my feedback.

The room is just in front of the swimming pool,You can have a family gathering as they have a pantry which consists of a stove, fridge and even a coway,

Nothing is wrong but only the attitude of other customers especially for those who have kids, and stay above your room, they are too noisy and I did report to the customer service, and the problem slowly solved, trust the staff did call the customer after my complained
