Kiranshree Grand

The room was spacious and clean, and the staff really tried to be helpful and fast

Room readiness was terrible. I had to call in repeatedly for Wi-Fi issues, toilet paper and other basic amenities. Also, I could hear sounds from adjacent rooms and walking steps from upstairs. It was pretty loud.

A wonderful breakfast with well trained and friendly staff.Check in and check out was a good experience.

We returned because of a great experience during our first stay there. Unfortunately our room this time was not as good as our first room.

An amazing breakfast - a great variety of Indian and Western food. Our room was very comfortable - complementary biscuits and chocolates were a nice touch.

Convenient to the airport, very nice grounds, quiet and clean

I had no complaints

Clean, comfortable and handy to airport. Friendly and helpful staff.

The property is located very close to airportThe rooms are large enough for family of 4The staff is very good.Breakfast and dinner layout were exceptional

My stay was pleasant, with the exception of the rooms not being soundproof, leading to noise disturbances from other rooms, including snoring and the sound of children playing.

The gym is excellent ?. However, the bathroom needs a handshower to be fitted as you can not expect everyone to wash his head during bathing. And especially, woman need it badly because she always needs special washing. The food items served during breakfast and dinner (both buffet types) are great.

Beautiful rooms . Spacious rooms . Very clean

Clean and nice

Staff could be more professional at the reception. Ladies at the reception didn’t sound too professional

Location, service

Cleanliness, food

Clean and tidy place

Location, out of the city, away from everywhere except the airport

This time, I was given a room with a pool view, Balcony. Really enjoyed sitting outside. The spa has a new masseuse, Mary. The massage she gave was excellent. The chicken Kebab and pani puri at dinner, was awesome. The dining room staff is wonderful. The endless hot shower after a week of trekking, was appreciated. Highly recommend staying here. Staff is great!

location is perfect very near to airport, and honestly welcome drink offered and some complimentary sweets in the in the room, on arrival. these are perfect how to greet the guest,, Thank you,,

Honestly,, rejection on guest request for disallowing Parking to keep my car in Parking ,as i have to fly out of Guwahati for meeting and come back after two days ,,moreover in hotel web Page its says more than 600 cars capacity for Parking... this quite disjointing with hotel management,,

Parking area is very spacious and the Hotel staffs really prompt and helpful.

Wash basin in the bathrom needs to be changed. It looks good but water used to get spill out to the floor.

Spacious rooms and really clean. The staff was extremely courteous. And the complimentary one way drop to the airport was really helpful and a very pleasant surprise.

Proximity to the Airport

Too far from City Center. Should have a shuttle to carry guests to and from City Center

Good location, very mice Assamese food , very nice greens

Air conditioning was really not upto the mark!!! Moreover I got my room upgraded by paying more, even then I was allocated same old price room!!!! Got it changed by showing the proof although

Only thing was that kiranshree grand receptionist handling customer bills should be well trained as I was doubled charged for my room rent but refunded after much longer time. Anyway all is well at the end I.e.yesterday 06.07.2024.

Nothing as such except sporadic power cuts.

Everything. Location close to airport, five star facilities, awesome staff in front desk / housekeeping / restaurant / spa (everywhere), excellent food (chef is really good).
