Hotel Gateway Grandeur

Location is good, breakfast not so good.

Room was not clean, and bed was very uncomfortable. My luggage lock was broken when I was not in the room.

Very unhygienic breakfast place. Very bad breakfast menu and preparation. Strictly ok place to stay only if you don't find anything better to stay in the same area

AC was nonfunctional as well as there we no cold water in the tap.Ordered Chicken sandwich. It had minimum chicken and maximum onion.The food was stale- i became ill.

During our stay with family, after spending more than INR 5000 for one night stay, we found the hotel lacking. The rooms seemed outdated with no recent upkeep or renovation. The overall maintenance left much to be desired. Unfortunately, the food quality didn't meet our expectations either. We sampled 4 to 5 dishes, all of which were lacking in taste. Disappointed by the experience.

Good clean rooms and nice ambience..

No availability of hot water. On asking staff kept asking if I needed the hot water at that time only and also the water was not made available in the morning even after repeated calls to the reception. Not acceptable for a hotel charging ₹6000 for a night. Also the lighting in the rooms and bathrooms is very dull. Very badly lit bathroom.

Disappointed

Bad service. We didn’t the room we booked for (executive) on the first day & we were put up in a very ordinary room with hardly any facilities. Toilet had dirty black water supply in the commode on one day. Breakfast was average .

Only ground floor are good looking and location is best.

Firstly I was not provided the same room as I booked through online. At time of booking, I paid for room with bathtub and balcony. But they changed the room because I saw picture of different room at time of booking, and the receptionist took advance full payment at the time of providing key, before showing us room. Secondly, cleaning of hotel except ground floor is poor. They dinner utensils remain outside rooms till next day upto 9-10am.In room if we order for drink , they don't provide any complementary in room. In dinner also, they provide very less item as per menu.Swiming pool is out of use.I booked the hotel hoping for 3star facilities, I am depressed to find that I paid much more against receiving such less facilities.

The hospitality of the night staff was great. They were really good and so polite and patient even during serving food. They were catering to all our needs.

I wished the hotel room had a bathtub too.
