Brahmaputra Jungle Resort

The location is set in the jungle hill tops. It is very lush and beautiful. The landscape is pretty well done. Some of the rooms feature balconies with gorgeous views. Food in the open air restaurant is quite delicious and well priced for a hotel.

Cleanliness is the major issue here. The bathroom toilet was not thoroughly cleaned- had urine stains from previous guests. The balcony rails had not been dusted. Around the grounds you will find some trash in the bushes and in the pond. Service is okay.

The breakfast was good

The room n the bathroom room should be more clean n the bed was not that comfortable since they join the bed so the hole appear with in hour of sleep

More outdoor activities could have been there

Location is really nice. Good service and good food provided by staff. beautiful resort and perfect to spend time.

Room allocated to me was not up to the mark, electricity was a big concern on that day it was not stable. Room size is very odd. Because of electricity ac was not working most of the time and in hot summer it is very uncomfortable.

Like the fact that it gives you the vibe of an actual jungle resort feeling.

The room phone intercom was not working, have to walk all the way down just to ask for simple service. they could have maintained the drawer clean and also spider cobweb in the bathroom and mosquitos just something that will not allow you to sleep peacefully.

Ac was not working it was working but not cold at all we hv to use the fan too

Peace and serenity was there in the property. The view was an excellent one and also it gives privacy for the couples and families travelling.

Services are a little kind of slow and in some parts of the parts places are not clean . Rooms could have been better especially the bathroom

Lovely Jungle value for money and had an amazing experience . awesome staff.far away from city life in the middle of mountain.highly recommended for all types of travellers.

The location

The food was horrible and the room had something which gave us allergy. We felt sick and bad after coming out. Food was worst !!

Outside resort was good but room service was not good

Worst service geisure hot water kettle nothing was working

Many activities available for the children and ofcourse the swimming pool

The rooms were overpriced.

Good and comfortable with good food too.

Guys at the virtual games centre were really rude and arrogant.

I wasn't able to take proper Breakfast

The Bed was poor and room partition was done with just ply board type , With good finishing, Privacy was poor due to this

In the lap of nature.A lot of activities to do.Super polite staff.I stayed in an awesome cottage room.Had an amazing dinner.I read in one of the reviews that they provide less quantity of food and the road to resort is bad.I would say that both of the points are invalid now.Food ain’t that costly either.Just a very important reminder- Google maps show a different way from Guwahati to Resort and would land you into Amichang Wildlife Sanctuary.So please call the staff after booking and get the best direction from them.

The back of cottage( plastic bottles lying around, probably thrown by some irresponsible guests) and Resort’s pond is not clean.I understand that might be due to resort’s business getting affected by COVID situation.However once things are normal again, they can work on it.Again these 2 things didn’t affect my mood or stay.

Staff service was very good and food was also tasty, nice environment and set up was beautiful.

Food item was less, fast food was not available there, I wanted momo, soup, grilled chicken etc. Which were not available there, and they provided us old menu where the prices was written differently, we ordered food after seeing the old menu.

I like the behaviour of the staff which will encourage me to visit again, but next time if I got a balcony room it will be delight for me.

I was expecting a room with balcony but my expectation was not fulfilled, staff was very good and helpful.

Only location nothing else

Geyser : not working Tv switch : not working Intercom : not working Room had fishy smell, food was not good, First time in my life I had seen such bad condition room in a big resort .I reached there at 5:30pm but room was not ready, After check-in they cleaned my room.

i like the location

the service is really poor and the respond of the staff is really slow..food was serve cold and before check out there was a worker who was reaping the roof off...not even realizing that there is a guest who is there to spent a weekend not for business purpose.

Location is awesome but your service is pathetic...entire day there was no water in the room we tried to contact to reception but room intercom is disconnected, we walked all the way to reception and complained then we are given a bucket of water along with a ph no then next morning when we called that no for breakfast no one answered the call and we had to starved till 12 then we checked out your so called Brahamputra jungle resort and had our breakfast fast outside thanks for your service

The location was good. The activities were good.

We were given our room one hour late after the check in time. The bed sheet were torn from one side. The food wasn't good value for money. The day reception staff was little rude. The electric kettle was not working.
