Pros +
- This is a top hotel in Guwahati. The staff is really helpful and very friendly. Very comfortable bed. Huge rooms. Perfect bathroom, very clean, with add ons. Good breakfast. Nice location. Excellent restaurant. Everything from AC to hot water works perfectly.
- Clean toilets, comfortable rooms, good location & friendly staff.
- Well maintained, big size Room & washroom both, neat & clean
Cons -
- The room's acoustic is poor. I could hear guests from the upstairs room drag furniture around and slam doors until very late at night. Breakfast could have more eastern options.
- Air conditioning needs to be more effective.
- Pillows were too flat. One high and flat pillow would be nice.

The Breakfast on all Four Days was Very Good. Good choice / options for VEG breakfast. The Staff was Very Cooperative and Willing to Help Us.
For Dinner The Menu did Not Have Much Variety in VEG Menu. Some more Vegetables could be added in the MAIN Menu
Good rooms, nice ambience
Reception person should smile a bit more
The rooms and bathrooms were spacious.the location was great.
The breakfast spread was not that great, it could do with a lot of improvement. The menu was very limited as compared to other hotels of the same rate.
Liked the esthetically done up decor of the entire hotel and tasty food.
Food is extremely overpriced and surrounding location was stinking due to open canal. Breakfast spread was a little dissapointing.
I had read people complaining about breakfast but the spread is huge and they have a live counter too. They have healthy juices with lots of fruits.
No issues at all.
Clean and spacious rooms.
No hand shower and hair dryer.
Comfortable rooms. Friendly staff. Good food and service
Location. Too much of construction work going around and outside is very dusty
The cleanliness, the food, the staffs.
Loved the overall ambience and decor of the hotel using local wood, rattan and local artists work. I have stayed many times in their Shillong property, this one just exceeded our expectations
Location wish it was closer to airport, will recommend and come back again
