Location and room size

Housekeeping is horrific. When asked, drinking water is not provided and is stated to be impossible before 8 a.m. The room is kept in the dirtiest condition. The electric kettle could not be used after insects were discovered inside of it. Staff members are not acting in a responsible, professional manner.

Big building ....small rooms. Bottle of water costed 42 rupees. Under staff..... poor maintainance ...... over all it can do much better.

rooms are super dingy , super dark , windows are black , if u open window - there is a big roof shield blocking the sun to enter , room 218 till 220 - bad bad room

The rooms were good

There was a man from the management i gues in blue shirts, his behaviour was rude not directly though, I don't know what problem he had other than that everything was good..

The bed and the location. Overall it was a neat and clean property - made for a good stay of 4 days in Guwahati. Its on the outskirts and right opposite the Balaji Temple. One gets nice views from the room

The AC worked.

The staff was not at all friendly. They did not know, how to treat their customers. It felt like a cheap hotel. The rooms were too small. The remote did not work. Did not feel like value for money at all.

I can share picture of the room and you can guess by yourself how pathetic this hotel was. It was horrible experience of the property including staff who was rude and behaves more like animal and not even like indecent human beings.

The wifi is good part, breakfast has few options to choose.

Unclean rooms, broken fixtures, dull lighting, soiled linen, smelly lift and dusty corridors.

Food quality was ok but not very good/excellent, quantity was good, crockeries served were old

room was not cleaned(dust & fungus), linens were smelly, toilet was not cleaned, illumination was not proper

Worst place ever

The staff was a negligent... Thre was no hot water in bathroom... They did not provide me with a bill and moreover did not help me with d luggage.
