The location is good

The amenities could've been better and also the dry concept bathroom needed a dry mat too.

The behavior of the staff, the location, facilities and the food items are good .

The bathroom is not upto the mark.It remains wet all the time after using the fan.

The rooms are very small and looked dated. The pillows had lipstick marks.

Worst experience ever.Felt claustrophobic inside the room, no ventilation, no proper amenities.

Staff behaviour also rooms are not well equipped lift has to many complications.

Hotel location is nice but front desk staff and others not cooperating. Food quality is good but they charged is like 5 star category type so please confirm before checking this hotel

Foodings are very expensive...it's doubled the normal pricePer normal roti prize 40 Rs. So expensive all items .

Food is good but rate is high and as per menu card rate was not applicable

The prices went up, now you won't get grand double room at 1500-1600 cost which were budget friendly earlier. It will around 2500 excluding taxes, so their direct competition is now SJ international and other same range quality hotels which I feel like scooty and Royal Enfiled 350 competition. So anyways its upto customer whom they select.PS - to the owner don't take it personally, i am seeing it from the competition prospective in the same range. I have stayed at your hotel 3-4 times. Kindly make better facilities at the 2500 price range which will attract more customer.

Nothing , location was good.

Staffs were not cooperative as expected. Room with AC was not working. Ceiling fan was not there in the room. Flush was not working. Compliment water bottle was not provided. When we asked for the water bottle, they were asking for the extra charge. Ceiling of the room was not in good condition. According to the name of the hotel facilities were not upto the mark.

We book ing Amount 1335/-but Hotel charge1535/-in hotel Last Room Alloted we request other room provided but hotel staff ignore we Advised hotel booking provided by you best hotel Amount no any charges added by hotel management thanks.

I like nothing about this hotel, the worst hotel of guwahati city even the staffs are also nonsense. My first ever worst experience.Hotel manager didn't bother about your problem after you pay the rent. Simply horrible hotel room and pathetic staffs.
