They cancelled the booking right before the day of arrival that too late at night. When I first called them that time they said that your booking is confirmed and after that they denied it and this is not at all accepted.

Booking.com didnot mentioned room booking without AC.

Room was AC but hotel Manegement informed booking without AC. Thus AC was not allowed to used, they asked for the additional amount.TV with too limited channel only News & Astha channel limited channel.Hotel location entry Road are too too Short and luxury Bus / Big Vehicle cannot entry in the road and cannot reach to the hotel. Congested and small width in size Road.The NON AC room charges are Rs 900/- where as booking.com charged Highier room rent.Wi-Fi connection only can used on 1st we had a room on 2nd floor NO WI-FI (NO connection).No Telephone or intercom facility.

Room is very big. AC works. Reasonably clean.

This is a budget hotel, so the prices should be cheaper. The photos and the pricing give an impression that it is a better class of hotel. No lift. Good for overnight stay.

Neat and clean, peaceful environment.

Due to frequent power cuts, AC did not work for a long time and couldn't sleep properly at night.

The staff was very friendly and good. They supported us in any way they can.

There was electricity issue because of which our fan kept going on and off. It was not comfortable at all.

Breakfast is good but the service is too slow. It takes 2 hours after the order is placed.

The facility of the light and service could have been better.

Room House keeping required more attention.

The staff was polite and respectful.

It was more like a hostel and not a hotel.Rooms were not ready although we checked in after 8.00 pm.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

The rooms are not as shown in the Pictures. First of all, the rooms could have been a little cleaner. The bedsheets are old and needs deep cleaning. The washrooms are also not upto the mark. The shower is throwing very less water and the toilet seat’s jet spray isn’t working. I didn’t even took a bath and left early for another stay.

Very nice staff and good big rooms, even had played badminton with the owners, gave an authentic and friendly experience.

AC room in low budget, Complimentary 1 Ltr per day, Very much attentive staff.

Dust in room floor, very much low water pressure in room no. 207, Their limited food option with less availability still they don't allow outside food.

Good stay. Wifi should have been connected to TV to make it work better. The staff is very helpful.

Cleanliness, Too much mosquitoes, No rooms as shown on booking sites. Having various owners of the property. All of them talk differently.

The room was really spacious & the furniture adequate. Also the attendant was very very helpful. Really liked his personality.

Had difficulty in locking the bathroom door. Also they should make sure that the room has towel, soap before a boarder moves in to the room. They were provided though subsequently. Also there was no waste paper basket in the room. These are small issues though , but they leave a slight bitter taste in the mouth.

The room was absolutely disgustin I have never stayed in any place this bad ever in my life The caretaker kept lying about everything There was food waste evertwhere The bedsheeta were disgusting Even the ashtry was not cleaned out
