Charged three times for extra bed and dinner but have not received the refund

Breakfast was good,

The Bathroom WC was leaking. The staff took long to allocate another room.

The modern quiet rooms with the private bathroom, the size of the room. The restaurant very helpful. The location outside of the central city. 8 km from the shopping area , clean.

We liked everything. We booked the suite. It was very specious and clean. Very comfortable. Even has a small kitchenette. We had dinner in the restaurant and it was superb. Will stay again.

Room service could be better

The property is very good. The rooms are clean and the staffs are very hospitable. The price of the food is on the upper side but the taste quality and quantity of food is good.The buffet spead is commendable. The rooms are provided with smart tv with good wifi connection.Overall stay is very comfortable and satisfying.

The food price is on the higher side.

Liked:1. I liked the staff honesty and their services. 2. The staffs at the restaurant who are there for serving are very good3. The food quality is very good.4. The reception staffs picks up the phone and advice things nicely.

Did not like:1. The chef at the restaurant needs serious training. I ordered for a sandwich and to my utter dismay it took 45 minutes to get it done. It was a horrible experience. Also, I had informed that if it would take longer time, they can inform me so that I can order something else. I missed a very important meeting as the delay led to other delays one by one. 2. The cleanliness was not done if not told. It should be routine to take used plates, change the towel, and the housekeeping staffs should make it a point to clean the room every morning3. The food prices are very high. I did not take dinner on two days as there was not any option to fit my budget.4. There should be interconnection between different divisions. The services of Housekeeping and Room service should be clubbed. It creates confusion among the clients. Many a times, I called for some services and was told to contact room services. Alternatively, when I ordered food to room, the restaurant said to contact room service or housekeeping. For laundry services, I was confused whom to connect.

The rooms were tidy and spacious, furnitures were good and comfortable with a state of the art bathroom..the restaurant especially had a good ambience..large hall with good foods served..and the staff were amazing...

1. The packing area although vast could use more shade trees..bad for vehicles during daytime.. I would recommend more tree plantation in the entire campus2. The TV looked good but the satellite tv needed recharge and WiFi was slow So...3. The food although good were a little heavy in the pocket

Good clean property, friendly staff, good food.

I wanted to pack breakfast since i had to leave warly morninvlg. They gave a very small portion of 1 sandwich and 1 parantha. I had to request for more to be packed.

The staffs' behavior is excellent.

Nothing to complain about

Lood like we were a very special guest in Rohika family for one night.From the point of entering lobby till we got into the vehicle.every moment was more than our expectations.We would definitely like to come again to indulge in the level of hospitality
