great stay, staff are very helpful, property is very clean and hygienic, foods are delicious

delicious foodclean and hygienic room

staff are very helpful

It looked like a newly built/renovated hotel....reasonably clean, location was close to the Indira Gandhi Football stadium which was where I had to go to watch a football match. Could easily get Uber taxis.

My flight got delayed and I got in very late.....3:30 AM and had a hard time to get in. As it's an Oyo hotel, the contact given in Booking.com didn't help me as I was continuously getting connected to a Oyo helpline who were unable to give me the hotel contact number.Even the following night I went out and came back late around midnight...although I had told the reception that I would be late and they assured me that there will be someone at the desk, I still got stuck at the compound gate and had to climb and jump over. Also found it strange that they wouldn't give at least a bottle of water. For the price they have charged at least some minimal drinking water should be provided.

Bang on the highway, easy to commute.

The geyser is not working, the bedsheets and towels could have been better, they were stained.

Service is avarage but the property is good and value for money only on online booking but they charge much more offline.

Food

First room had ants on the bedsheets, but we could change rooms without a problem. We ordered Aloo Paratha for breakfast, but we got Puri Sabji instead and at a much later time than agreed. Aside of that, the room and bathroom were clean and the bed comfortable.

Large room with all facilities and truly value for money. Was provided extra bed and sheets on request.

Hot water was not available due to some problem with the water heater. Tea and coffee could taste better. Place is on a high way, so all important places are a little further way, but Uber was available.

Place & room is nice.

Reception staff is untrained. I had prebooked for 3 people. But the staff at reception told me we cant stay as we were not family. (Me , my friend and her mom). And they dint inform this before , but insisted before booking that i should pay before hand.. So i had to make other arrangement for myself alone.Other problem we faced it that, staff was not available most of the time , despite calling his number at reception he wouldnt pick up
