Horrible. Leaking taps, toilets, stinking rooms, horribly painted doors, condition of locks and doors is bad beyond imag

Everything. This hotel is a big blot on Tata’s Ginger chain. Must undergo change or should be closed immediately

Disappointed

The location is remote and scary. Food option for vegetarian is not there as they use same kitchen and vessels for veg and non-veg cooking

The rooms were not like the images, the bed was uncomfortable and the walls and doors needed a good clean.

The room is not so good with a squeaking bed and bad AC. Washroom was ok. But, the food is really bad.

Cleanliness in the room was not upto the mark. I found cockroach on kettle. Housekeeping and Pest control needs improvement

Avoidable

Basic cleanliness was missing. Bed was uneven and the towels were very dull and had stains. The breakfast was nothing great either

Hospitality staff behaviour, clean room, food quality is okay

Lack of details, lift floor is damaged, mat put above the floor is also half and in bad condition. After 10pm no dining or coffee counter service is available. Little away from city

In contrast, other budget-friendly hotels in Guwahati offer better value for money.I strongly advise against booking this hotel. My experience was thoroughly underwhelming, and I would not recommend it to anyone. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this hotel in the future.

THE MENU IS THE SAME FOR YEARS

During my stay the hotel's geyser was NON FUNCTIONAL.I was being offered one bucket of hot water. Is this now the NEW STANDARDS OF GINGER HOTELS ?

The staff was courteous and food was decent. Other good thing was its proximity to All Assam Tennis club, where we had gone for a tournament.

It looked like it is in the bare minimum, run the business mode.Rooms were smallish. Location is literally in the dumps. You have to cross a stinking dumpyard to reach the hotel.The table mats on the table and the buffet spread didn't look clean to say the least.They key to the room was not working, so we had to call housekeeping everytime. We had stayed for a week, it didn't work till the last day.

Though location is a bit far from centre but pure silence and amidst nature, staff are fine, restaurant food is also nice and the room is perfect with nice and comfortable amneties

Ordinary breakfast. Accessibility of the hotel as well as its surroundings including Hotel's ambience are not impressive.

I didn't take breadfast. Service at the reception and room service were excellent.

The towels in the bathroom were not clean. the linen on the bed needs a makeover soon. colour faded linen is provided. May be one more chair could be provided in the room as there are two guests

The set up was good although needs more improvement in terms of staff training and cleanliness.

The white bedsheet was dirty with stains of sweat or something else and mosquitos were there inside, no slippers available, cup for tea was not available.

Staff was courteous...rooms were fine for the price..breakfast was decent..

Location is a not central..bit far off...however it should not be a problem for guests who have there own vehicles..

Clean and Hygienic, good staff and good food. But the property is old and the gym is not that much equipped. Choice of room is also available sometime.

Breakfast menu can be improved as only Indian breakfast available mostly. Need to improve gym.

The breakfast served was not as I've had in other Ginger properties. The location shall be marked with some signage

The rooms are in immediate need for renovation or care.
