Treebo Hotel Mobi VIP Airport

New, clean, and courteous staff. Very near to Airport

The hotel is very close to the airport. The premises were very clean and the staff was also supportive. For a price range of approx 2000, the hotel is value for money.

It would have been great if toiletries were provided. The towels were a bit old.

Clean and neat rooms. Restaurant provided good food. Friendly staff.

Two towels could have been provided for a couple.

The location, staff members, late checkout option, and breakfast were excellent.

I found lizards in the room, and the AC airflow was near the TV, so I couldn't feel the chill in the room.

neat n clean room, good staff, good restaurant

We arrived at the hotel at night with a confirmed reservation, but the hotel had sold all its rooms and didn’t provide us with a room. The behavior of the staff was extremely poor. Around midnight, we were eventually not given a room and were kicked out of the hotel. We ended up wandering the streets of Goa at night and couldn’t find another hotel to stay in.

BreakfastStaff was very good

Room has a lot of flies + washroom was leaking

Pleasant attitude of the staff.

No hot water, limited choice in breakfast, unclean linen, foul smelling bathroom, and filthy surroundings.

Great location, very courteous and helpful staff. Rooms are very well maintained very clean and neat. Restaurants is excellent provides very healthy and tasty customized options. Assamese fish thali is a must try.

Close to airport.

We arrived and they told us we couldn't stay here as they'd sold our room to another customer. Despite showing them booking.com's reference showing we had our booking confirmed they just laughed. With nowhere to stay I could empathise with Mary and Joseph and we had to find and pay for a new hotel. They put the manager on the phone who shouted at me saying it was my fault for not arriving sooner, despite being bang on when I said. Don't stay here the staff are horrible and conduct themselves in a terrible manner.

Located just 1.6 kms from the airport, this is a nice transit hotel for passengers arriving at Guwahati airport. The room was neat and clean with AC, Television, Hot water and comfy beds. The room also had a balcony to step out.

The breakfast options were limited and should be increased.

Absolutely terrible booking system of Treebo Hotels caused much vexation and needless anxiety. They unilaterally cancelled my booking after sending daily emails asking me to pay in advance for weeks beforehand

They canceled the booking because I didnt make an advanced payment. According to booking.com I had to pay at the hotel.

Clean hotel, comfirtable rooms, good location, nice complementary breakfast

So far so good

Location,staff,clean & tidy room.

Linens are very old.

Rooms , cleanliness , staff

Can be better

Location. Rooms are good value for money.

The hot water supply in the bathroom leaves a lot to be desired. It is barely lukewarm. The breakfast has scope for improvement.

Nice roomClean toiletFood is okay...Nice location

Overpriced

Food was closed by 9.30 PM. I asked for extra onion ,not big demand but never delivered.

It was a good location for the airport and hotel was well presented and generally comfortable.

Even though booking.com states you can pay at property they will cancel your booking if you do not respond to one of their many e mails and pay 50% in advance (not through booking.com). When I questioned this I got an automatic reply and no help. They cancelled my booking the day before and I ended up having to spend more money for a last minute more expensive room. There was no hot water for my shower.
