Radisson Blu Hotel Guwahati

I spent 4 days at the hotel, I was totally happy with the services it provided, including sumptuous breakfast. Overall,I am happy I stayed there.

The only thing was it took some time through the traffic to get to the event locations in Guwahati. As a result, it would be difficult to get Uber late at night.

I have interacted with Mr. Nipen Kalita, He was really quick & helpful. Each & every queries of mine attended with quick actions & beyond my expectation's. In a crucial situation of 'change in stay dates' one call to Mr. Nipen sorted everything made me relaxed. My family was very happy with his behavior & proactive response. He made my Birthday even more special with Surprise Cake. His hospitality was superb.

Everything was good. Property, location, excellent staff at front desk as well as in Restaurant and overall a very pleasant stay

Very high priced buffet options and too much food that no sane person can even taste all. Keep lesser and healthier food options rathern than too many and very rich food. Reduce buffet prices by 50% as I am sure they are wasting lot of food and recovering cost from customer for such wastage.

The bed was really cozy, and the room was spacious and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful, always quick to assist. The pool/gym/spa was fantastic. The breakfast and dinner buffet had a great variety of options. The price was reasonable for the quality provided.

Good property, peaceful, room was clean, food was good.

The shower was broken, the tv remote wasn’t working, the kettle was broken and the cream bottles were empty. Considering this is a 5 star you assume these basic things would be available.

Staff were extremely cooperative. Priyanka & Purvi at the front desk and Ankit at the restaurant were very helpful, kind, and cooperative.

Courteous staff. Good breakfast spread. Nice big room.

It is a bit outside the main city on the highway but served our purpose.

Ibra, the restaurant supervisor, was a stand out. We arrived early and she welcomed us, plied us with tea & coffee and settled us into the hotel until our room was ready.

Receptionist was a bit formal and insisted we paid extra for our early arrival even though we only wanted to sit beside the pool.

The food is extremely costly compared to hotels of similar kind.The location is not good. There is no lake view.

The Rooms were of very good size and Very comfortable. In general the food and spread of the breakfast buffet was good. The Front Desk Team were courteous and had a pleasant demeanour.

Had a dinner at the Great Kebab Factory was a bit let down. the Non-Veg Kebabs were good, but the Bread options was just ok. The deserts were a let down. House keeping was a tad slow, took repeated calls for replenishing the toiletries and towels.

The property is excellent . There is nothing to dislike . The restaurant staff and chefs are excellent . Keshob and yashbardhan ( Head chef) both chefs are excellent. Ankit and all other staff are excellent . They arranged food according to my diet. I felt like home. I can’t thank them enough.,

I liked the property as well as it's location..close to airport..

Food was good but was too expensive

Breakfast & Dinner was excellent. Chef Ripul was very courteous including all other staff.

Nothing much except few nice staffs

Cleanliness and the service and the value for money was way too low Majority of the staffs working across the departments are so unfriendly and unhelpful. Most of them don’t even know what they are doing and some of them are even so lost. Linens and room cleanliness are so much poor and doesn’t even give you a reason to believe that it’s a five star hotel. I don’t even know how this hotel is a 5 star hotel. Room service and the staffs at the reception is terrible. I had a worst check in experience. Staffs keeps playing with their personal phones while assisting the customers. The receptionist didn’t even welcomed me as I approached her nor did she explained me anything about the room. Didn’t feel that to be a five star check in experience

Due to a medical emergency involving my mother-in-law, my family had to rush to Guwahati, and I had booked a room at your hotel through.Despite having two payment cards on your file, the front desk staff's insistence on requiring the physical payment card caused significant inconvenience to my family. They were kept waiting for an extended period, and despite my requests over the phone to allow time for alternative payment arrangements, the front desk staff could have been more accommodating.Furthermore, my family reported that the room's hygiene was substandard, the intercom was non-functional, and the hotel failed to deliver a requested pizza. The outdoor porch area was poorly maintained, with excessive dust and inadequate pest control measures.Considering the subpar service and amenities, I strongly feel that the amount charged (over ₹46,000 for a 2-night stay, excluding breakfast) is not justified. Given the hotel's premium pricing, I expect a certain level of quality and service, which was unfortunately not met.I hope that you will take my feedback seriously and take necessary steps to improve the services and amenities at your hotel. Very comfortable room and good breakfast with a good variety of food.Great service from the staff

The hotel is quite far from tourists attractions and things to see. No way to walk out. Taxi are easy to catch

We couldn’t enjoy the property as we were out most of the time. However we got an upgrade and the room was spacious, new and well kept

Location was out of town. They tried to enroll us into their rewards club, but couldn’t due to glitches in their website
