The Cabin Beach Resort

We had a super swanky beachfront plunge pool suite. It¿s was huge and luxurious and amazing. The beach was gorgeous and the swing between palms made it extra tropical. Staff were lovely. Free shuttle to the Main Street. Good breakfast and nice cocktails

As a couple, there were way too many screaming kids. But the hotel did say this was because they were housing them from a sister property during a refurb. Luckily with our beachfront room it didn¿t to bother us too much but they took over pool/breakfast!

The property is very far from everything , the facility close very early in the hotel , also if you don’t have a bike or rent a bike it will be a nightmare since every thing in the island is far from that area

Located in a beautiful beach and next to Haad-rin which has lots of great places to eat.

As a coffee lover it can be a bit better

It is a bit far from the city center and you need to take a taxi or shuttle, which it's less comfortable

We had a misunderstanding with the receptionist.I think in a hotel that welcome a lot of tourists they should have a better english.

We were at C05 - suite with miuntain view. The Cabin was AMAZING. Beautiful design, air conditioning, hidden private pool, the suite has both ocean view and amazing mountain view. Best for couples who want privacy with views.The architecture of this hotel should be recognized as simply brilliant and sophisticated fusing both nature element, the mountain and human leaving, preserving natural stones even in the middle of staircases.Breakfast is great. Mixtures of Thai and Europe.The hotel service is amazing. they WhatsApp to check on you daily if you want housekeeping.Phon, driver was a true professional service man, answered all questions, was really helpful and nice, took us to see the other hotels of the chain (Coco-hut and sea breeze).

You need inside ticket to commute inside the hotel since it’s on a hill.A lot of mosquitos.The restaurant closes at 8:00 pm and no close by food options Staff not so nice

Great boutique hotel with a unique facilities and room design. We truly enjoyed our time at the cabin. Very secluded and private place for a romantic getaway

Only nice person of the staff was the driver of the tuktuk and van with the long hair. The beach is nice.

You would expect a 4 star hotel to have high standards. 1. Food poisoning at the hotel from the eggs. Do not eat their eggs!!2. Staff laughed on our face when we tried to receive a compensation for the fact that my husband was infused in the room due to the food poisoning of the hotel. Specially the girl sitting on the left of the reception who I still have no idea what’s her job. She called her manager who supposedly was sick with Covid, and had a laugh on the phone. Right after they offered to “reimburse” the 13 euro per night paid for a room upgrade( which by the way there was NOTHING about an upgrade in that room) 0 customer service skills. The other girl with long hair offered me 500 baht(13 euro) to use in the restaurant as a sorry for contaminating us. Basically they laughed on your face. 3. Smart tv does not work. Remote super old and does not work. 4. Staff at the restaurant very rude. 5. On Check out the receptionists never asked my husband if he was feeling better, they just wanted the money of the room service. As said, 0 customer service.6. Special mention to the Hotel Manager who did not even dare to speak with me on the phone as she was “sick” but was ok to speak in the phone with the receptionist in front of me. This manager besides not showing her face, she offered me close to 0 as a compensation and laughed about the situation. I hope your direct manager takes on measures.

Good modern hotel

The bar and restaurant closes quite early. Massive mountain which gives rooms a great sea-views, but walking without transfer to the room is hard.

Staff was very nice and helpful. Room was very spacious. Massage opportunity was nice.

Food was quite mediocre and since its not directly next to the restaurants, you are bound to it. Also if you’re not a backpacker, I definitely not recommend Haad Rin region.

An interesting hotel experience: the bungalows are located on a hill, and for guests’ convenience, there is hotel transport that takes residents to their accommodations. The staff is friendly, the small beach is cozy, the restaurant is good, and the rooms are comfortable

During our stay, there was some construction work going on in the hotel area, which caused extra noise. Unfortunately, we also had bad luck with the weather—the entire hotel grounds were flooded.

Nice room. Great view and location.

Bad not comfortable. The jacuzzi doesn’t work all the four days. Asking for fix it nobody does.

Perfect location to watch the sunset, nice staff, beautiful beach & pool.

There should be designated smoking areas, so the non smokers can enjoy watching the sunset and eating outside without having to inhale smoke.
