Could not exit hotel and walk down road without getting muddy. Also chose hotel as it had a Thai cooking class/school. This was permanently closed as no chef. Website misleading about this.Would not rate as 4 star. More like 2.

The staff were very kind and hospitable. The room was amazing and spacious. Breakfast is nice and offers variety. The beach offers the best sunsets. The hotel is a great choice if you're going to Full Moon Party, it's 15 -20 mins away by car and is secluded from the noise at Haad Rin beach.

None we found everything great.

Very bad hotel

NOT RECOMMENDED ⚠️ They only give 1 blanket for 2 persons and charge extra 1400 baht for extra blanket. Also give only 2 towels and charge extra if you need more. The staff is very rude and there is too much light at night in the room.

The location is very good. The swimming pool is big. There are magnificent sunset on the beach.

The stuff are not very kind definitely not welcoming. It seems like they are very cheap about everything. We wanted face towels and hand towels on the third day and the person at the reception told us that they only provide them on the first day. The swimming pool was big, but the water weren’t very clear. We went to the spa, which looks amazing but inside was Smelly and very dumpy when we said this to the staff at the spa, they totally understood this and never try to fix anything about it. We actually came to this hotel because of a previous great experience at their spa about a year before which was really excellent, so it was really a disappointment for us. The room was also quite smelly, but they provided a diffuser which made it better. The beach is not very clean, but I guess they can’t do much about it. Right behind the hotel. there is some kind of a little stream or a river, which smells very bad Like sewage. There are many big lizards or some kind of reptiles walking around the property. Quite frightening.

I stayed at Summer Luxury Beach Resort in Koh Phangan with friends for a week. While the rooms were fine, the location was inconvenient and the service from the hotel staff – especially at the reception – was very disappointing.Two clear examples:1.About an hour after we checked out, we asked for a towel to dry off before our boat trip to the next destination. Even though we had stayed at the hotel for a full week, the staff refused, saying we were no longer guests.2.On one of the days, we asked to change our towel more than once, and the staff flatly refused without making any effort to help. It felt like they had a very rigid policy and no willingness to accommodate guests’ needs.Bottom line – the poor service, especially from the reception staff, together with the bad location, left us with a bitter impression of our stay. I would not recommend this hotel.

Very good comfortable hotel, the food is very tasty and a large selection. Green beautiful area, the common pool is large and comfortable

Pool, location and especially the restaurant and chef James was incredible. The staff some of the best we’ve encountered

The dirt road connecting the resort to main road was hard on a scooter. Filled with water pot holes and mud. Hope they find a solution and fix it

Our was very spacious and had a small pool in front which made it nice and convenient. The restaurant also had good options and hotel staff were nice.

Unfortunately the location is not good. Despite what you see on google map the road to the property from main road is very poor, muddy unsealed road and almost all taxis refused to bring us to the front door. While not hotels fault it is something you would end up dealing with. The first prepaid taxi from the pier tricked us and dropped us off at the next door property and we ended up carrying our luggage from the beach. We then realized taxis don’t like to drive on hotel road. If you hire a cab make sure you don’t pay until they drop you off at the hotel door.The other issue was the aircon in our room. Almost made no difference when on and the room was stuffy the whole time.

The location is only accessible through a long muddy-offroad that will break your back within 2 trips. We were forced to abandon plans for scooters as it was not safe to use it.

Lovely room, spacious and the bed was really comfortable. Well stocked mini bar, towels for the pool and shower. Very private and quiet.

The room and bathroom was big, the facilities were excellent and the staff were friendly.

Very nice territory of the hotel, rooms are huge and full of light. It’s very quiet and calm around (I had the rooms not facing the pool though)The restaurant is cool as well, you can have a dinner there as the interior and terrace are amazing, or order the food straight into your room

Something needs to be done to the road leading to the hotel from the main street, it’s really a disaster (specially if driving a bike)Eventhough the seaview from the restaurant is spectacular, there is no beach here so this has to be noted if you are looking for the beach acces when looking for a hotel

Place was very clean,pool was lovely for my kids and nothing was too much trouble for the staff.Would definitely book again for next time.Will also recommend to all my friends and family.

The only problem with the property was the first part of road being very bad with loads of bricks not being run in and hard to take kids over when it was nighttime or if it’s been raining so your cut off and you have to take a taxi which can be quite expensive.

The resort grounds were beautifully landscaped. It is beachfront and the view was delightful. The room was clean and large. The furniture was shabby, worn and torn. The bed mattress was the most hard and uncomfortable even with a topper that was provided. The restaurant served delicious food and had the most attentive waiters. The spa massage was very nice. The worst was the road leading to the resort especially after it rained.

This resort is beautiful- we originally booked 3 nights as a change from our booked accommodation which was awful - coming to summer resort was like heaven the staff can’t do enough for you. The restaraunt spa and pool bar are all amazing - we extended our stay but 4 nights partly due to weather but also due to how amazing this place is

Wish it had a gym

I was in this hotel for the first time, it's really cool, great restaurant, pool is great, location is pretty good. Food is delicious, clean, well, everything was top notch.

The only thing is if you don't use a bike/taxi and it rains, it flooded the road next to hotel I couldn't walk, and on the other side is the tide and the river and it turns out you can't get out of the hotel if it rains hardIt happened once, but it's not nice.

The property is truly amazing! Absolutely in love with the design and decor!

The mattress and the pillows are an absolute nightmare! Its like slipping on the worst pull out couch that you keep in a garage for emergencies! 5 nights of torture on this bed, no joke! And seems like everyone makes the same comment so im surprised they do not invest in changing them. The hotel is so nice but this was a huge turn off for me. Also, they have a terrible rule of allowing outsiders to come hang by the pool and the other day I was relaxing and a whole family came over with 4 kids that turned the pool into a zoo! Unbelievable how they allow that! But apparently its a common knowledge in all the hotels on those islands, ridiculous! The road to the hotel is also crap but that I did not care about as much as the comfort of sleeping well and not having random kids screaming and running around

A very special and beautiful resort located near the beach, a beautiful place, spacious rooms, a large pool, a crazy spa where treatments are a must

Large room , nice balcony and facilities.

The road to property needs major maintenence making it quite difficult to get taxis to get to you or drop you off also very slow going .Staff were not readily available , often calling reception with no answer , no operations after 11 pm at all. I have stayed at summer 3 times before and I feel their service has greatly dropped this time
