Location is ideal. I stayed here during the low season, but imagine that it would be a great spot for the full moon party.

There was an ant infestation in the bathroom of room 501. I'd seen enough bug infestations by that point in my trip and was not phased or bothered by it.

Closeness to the beach, breakfast included, very kind staff!

Definitely VERY noisy with the full moon party - can’t be avoided so if you’re not planning to go, don’t book here

1. Staff was unfriendly (which is unusual in thailand). Their English was not great. The fellow in glasses was particularly abrasive and falsely accused me of staining a less than pristine beach towel. The one exception was the fellow in the hat. We was gracious.2. The shower was lacking a wall/divider so the bathroom floor was always wet. They didn’t provide a squeegee mop to drag the water to the drain3. The bathroom was very basic and had ALOT of ants/bugs (i know this is Thailand, but the other places i stayed - even the cheaper ones- handled this issue better and were cleaner. Overall the bathrooms need a facelift 4. They left a dirty floor towel when i first entered in the bathroom 5. Breakfast was eh (coffee bitter and from a machine; pancakes and french toast and omelette soggy/not particularly tasty

The location for the full moon party was prime! Being right on the beach was amazing and we knew the music was going to be loud all night but we slept just fine! The staff was very sweet and helpful!

The shower pressure could definitely be improved and the bed was not the comfiest.

Epic location, very comfortable bed, staff was great, room was clean and everything worked well, the kids loved the pool, tons of restaurants and bars in walking distance.

I liked just the location and the evening receptionist, she was very helpful.

The room toilet was moldy, stains everywhere, towels were dirty, the toilet drain was clogged, the Aircon just spread dust everywhere in the room.When I went to the toilet I saw the glass shelves full of soap and toothpaste stains, they were solid like a rock, it means that wasn't clean for ages.I will never suggest this place to anyone!

So close to the beach!! We went for the half moon party and it was so easy to get to the event. Think it could get quite busy and noisy with the full moon party, but then you would literally be at the party so that’s the trade offAlso so close to a 7-11, massage parlours and everything in between.Staff were great, room was cleaned nicely, breakfast was delicious. Perfect for travellers looking to stay in something nicer than a hostel room but still have an affordable stay!

Excellent location right on the beach. Breakfast was good.

We thought we were staying in one of the detached cottages, but ended up in a room on the second level, which was not ideal. We are seniors. Just not what we were expecting.

Location location location is all I can say to start with, what a great location close to the beach it was amazing , the staff could not be more helpful and friendly they were great. I'd recommend Tommy resort to everyone.We had a great stay and holiday .

Rooms a little bit run down and in need of decoration especially the bathroom,but that wouldn't put me off staying again .

The view ,the cleanliness ,the staff and the breakfast .

The coffee ,the tv didn't work well .

First row at the beach. Very comfortable. Really big nice pool.

One of the best options to be on the Haad Rin beach where the full moon parties take place. The stay was incredibly nice.

Beds were very hard and shower had low pressure and not hot water. Facilities in the lobby were in bad shape.

Booked specifically for the full moon party. There are two stages right in front of the hotel and you get free entry to the party on the beach if you stay here (just make sure you go into town from the beach, not the other way as you’ll be made to pay again) The party is on your door so you can pop back to your clean toilet mid party!Standard breakfast, big pool. Considering how much we paid, it was quite good value as everything is 10x for the full moon party.

The pool area itself was quite run down, needed a good re-vamp to make it nice again. Despite it being party weekend, there were two kids (maybe 9/10 years old) running havoc around the pool whilst their parents went back to their rooms. The staff did absolutely nothing to stop them. There is a sign that says “no kids unaccompanied by an adult”, so for them to be left to make a makeshift diving board into the pool with beds and mattresses, in the middle of the afternoon, was extremely off putting. Multiple other guests left the pool area to get away from them. If you have rules, enforce them.

The location is great if you want the Haad run beach right outside your hotel. Helpful on a Full moon weekend. Laundry service is very good as well.

The noise on the Full moon party day was too loud (started from 12PM, quite early).

The location by the beach is really convenient. The rooms are spacious and comfy. I went when the full moon party wasn't happening so there was no noise.

so relaxing and nice, staff are amazing and food was good brilliant swimming pool and i did lengths every day so great excerise i will come again

I like the environment and the concept, staff and the restaurant in the resort were also great.

Toilet is a bit outdated for that price and the sound of sourranding water is disturbing for sleep

Brilliant location. Set at the end of the beach but right in the middle of all the action. Staff were really helpful and the resort was quite busy but still quiet. The restaurant meals were great as were the cocktails. The view was outstanding and the private pool villa was comfortable and spacious.

The private pool needed to be cleaned more regularly. By the time we left there was a definite green tinge to the water.

Location, location, location. Just at the famous Haad Rin beach but it’s not noisy at night. It’s a good choice for family as the kid can play with other kids in the pool and make friends. Quite a lot of families booked this hotel when we stayed there. Amazingly there is no mosquitoes in the garden or at the yard of the room.

The air conditioning sound is quite noisy at night. I guess it needs some service.
