Good and clean hotel. Breakfast was simple but quite good. Gym room is very small but has quite enough equipment.

Since my room’s window was on the street side it was a noisy.

We were visiting for the full moon party and stayed for 3 nights. Great location not too far from all the partying, but not in the midst of it so still a quiet place to come back to. Amazing pool, good gym facility, and reasonable breakfast at their sister hotel just a 3 minute walk up the road. Would recommend staying here for anyone attending the full moon.Cheap and efficient laundry service.Quality shuttle service to the pier organised by hotel reception.

We were on the top floor right beside the powerlines which were very loud at night. Recommend asking if you can stay on the opposite side of the building.

We got the phangan pearl and they were renovating the rooms we were asked to walk 2 mins away to Neptunes villas and they were unreal! Sea and pool view, the rooms were clean beds were comfy shower was nice and clean with a shower curtain, the staff were super friendly and we were still able to use the gym facilities and the phangan pearl as neptunes didn’t have any so really lovely experience

Great location, excellent, facilities (gym, pool, common area), and the absolutely friendliest staff. The location is a short walk to Haad Rin Beach and the Full Moon party but just far away that you don’t hear much noise. It’s perfect. We would highly recommend this place.

The hotel has a receptionist 24/7.

The treatment from the staff was bad. We had a tour and we had to fight with the staff for our right to have packed breakfast. They don't have a cooler abd offer tge guests to buy water from them.

Not worth the money!

Overpriced, yes it was full moon but this hotel was not worth price at all.Room was boiling hot due to power key card and took forever for the AC to cool it down.Gym had no AC so was impossible to do a workout without sweating to death.

Attended Phangan Full Moon Party - the beach fo Haad Rin gets very hectic around this time - so price was higher than normal as this is a peak time. However the room and the pool were brilliant - and its is 5 mins walk to the main street and where all the bars/party ios - but it manages to stay very quiet - so its a perfect location.

The pool was clean, staff were friendly and helpful and the gym was pretty decent for a hotel gym. It was well situated and the air con was excellent.

WIFi connection was very weak- which made the TV unusable, this should be improved!The breakfast was very cheap with limited options and the worst coffee I ever had in Thailand (probably made from instant coffee), no fruits offered... I chose to eat somewhere else the second day..Shower stream was so hard, feels like a little needles massage

The Pool was very nice

Very poor breakfast, no Service.Price 4 ttimes more over 8.000 Bath for two night for nothing.In the night no light in the floor, and no light on the bed area. In shouwer room one small light, I cannot shave.IT was the expensive hotel in Haad RinNeuer, neuer.

The location was good.

There was tiny bar of soap to wash our hands with, the shower didn’t move, so it was very difficult to wash, and there were no hand towels. For a big hotel, there wasn’t enough sun beds for the guests staying there. Additionally, the duvet on the bed was horrible, a scratchy blanket in a fitted sheet. Not great.

Loved everything about this hotel! Our room was located right at the pool which was so convenient. The staff were super friendly. The gym was great. Pool was kept very clean. Rooms were spacious and clean. Location was perfect for the full moon party.

The gym could use an AC unit. It was hotter in there than it was outside. It was kindve expensive but understandable for the time we went (full moon party).

Beautiful place. The staff were wonderful. They clean the rooms everyday. The pool is amazing. The gym could use more stuff but for a few days it was good enough.

I loved everything.
