Amazing location, right front of the beach.Not too much commercialized and Quiet area.Simple room with no tv(happily),enjoy just watching sun set and moon set from our balcony. View from reception/restaurant area with smell of Frangipani was just magnificent.Highly recommend this beautiful place.

Water pressure was weak but understandable.

Was great! The stuff really kind . The location You can also rent a motorbike from them and they will help you with any question.

The bed not so comfterbale

Peacefulness, beautiful location, lovely gardens, super clean, bungalows well thought out with bedside tables, bedside lamp, fridge, place to hang clothes, balcony with seats and tables, and even though a garden bungalow you could still see lovely beach and sea. Very quiet. Rooms tidied daily. Nice white cotton bed linen and comfortable beds. You could tell the owner took good care of the accommodation and looked after all guests. I had left something in room and she came down to the pier with it before my ferry departed. One ofy best stays in all of Koh Phanang. Couldn't recommend it highly enough and would be sure to go back.

I loved everything, but bear in mind that you would a scooter/taxi to explore as it is slightly out of town

it’s not really a resort, so the name is a bit misleading, it's more rustic. it’s great for backpacking and budget travel but I wouldn’t recommend it for a nice romantic holiday. the rooms are very small, you can’t really open your suitcase and have almost no closet space. the rooms and bathrooms definitely need an upgrade, it’s all a bit old and dingy.

Place perfectly located, secluded beach and quiet place. Close to both western part of the island and southern part. Can rent a scooter and personel is very helpful.

To rent a scooter I had to leave passport, which is wrong. They already have my credit card data, so that shouldn't be the case even...

Its impossible to describe the amazing ocean that is immediately accessible from the bungalows. We were in awe every morning and every evening. It was difficult to leave.

The breakfast included was very good. It otherwise the meals weren’t that good.

Great place to stay outside of the party atmosphere. Each place is a cute bungalow, with easy access to a private beach. Breakfast was good, but limited options- no buffet. Staff were so helpful and kind. 15 min taxi (shared open taxi) to town.

Shower head was small and had no pressure, couldn't wash my hair.

Staff were just amazing. Very humble, helpful and hardworking. Also very quiet and the fact you have the beach at your doorstep is a just perfect.

Everything was exceptionally good! Our first trip to an island and this place just made us to fall in love with it ❤️The room itself was very spacious, clean and comfortable. We liked the wooden interior, it merged organically to the nature around. All windows have mosquito net but they still get inside when you open the door. We took an anti mosquito smoking spiral with us and didn’t have any issues for all 3 nights.But the main value is the view and surroundings! The hotel is directly at the beach which is perfect to observe amazing sunsets. There are also big rocks in the sea that add bright accents to the sea view. And there are a lot of fish, crabs, sea urchins and sea cucumbers around them so you can snorkel in a high tide right where you stay. The beach is small but nice and tidy. It was cleaned every day so we didn’t see a single sandfly there. Although the beach of the next hotel was filled with them.All bungalows are located in a beautiful very well kept garden! It’s a true pleasure to just walk around, look at the palm trees and flowers and feel the connection to nature without losing features of comfortable living. There are lots of butterflies and birds in the garden so we were waking up with birds singing every morning and it was so peaceful!The resort is located 3 km away from the Thongsala pier so the area is quiet and not busy. The bungalows stand a bit downhill from the road so you don’t even hear any transport passing by. There are a lot of other hotels with restaurants and bars around but not a single market so you need to have a private transport to go to the town for shopping.We’re very grateful to the staff of the hotel, they were just incredible! Top notch service in all meanings! They helped us to fix the mistake with booking, explained how to get to the places we wanted, called a taxi for us and were always ready to help with any matter. Every morning we had delicious breakfast which we could choose from various options.

Very nice owners and staff, very nice location, perfect for quiet holidays on a pristine beach

The owners and their staff were outstanding. I had a problem with my air conditioner, which was quickly attended to. In general, everyone was friendly and helpful. There was easy access to a lovely beach. The fact that they had so many repeat guests coming back to the Sea Scene Resort multiple times, says it all.

Everything was fine. No complaints.

The beach was lovely and relaxing. It was nice and quiet.

Dogs barking in the middle of the night waking people up. Bathroom was very very basic. A bit expensive.

A nice place, nature resot for relaxing, near beach with a great seaside scene and a starting point to other locations, you need a car. The breakfast is super.
