Location

The room was nice and spacious. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The location was excellent, right next to the beach. The pool area was pleasant, and it was convenient to have the option to get an extra towel for the pool.Note! You have to pay 1000 BAHT for key deposit. You can leave the key to reception every time you leave.

There was quite a bit of noise coming from outside and the hallway, so we would recommend using earplugs. The pool was not always clean, although it did seem that the staff addressed the issue eventually.

Location right next to the beach

The roof was leaking, and they didn't accommodate us to change room. Luckily, the rain stopped. The room fan did not work. When asked to clean the room, they only made the bed without changing the sheets.

Great location on the beach

The property is old and poorly maintained. For example there was a bed base and two old mattresses left in the hall outside our room for the entire duration of our stay. We booked a 2 bedroom suite but were only allowed to have 1 room key.

The location is great in front of the beach. Perfect if you want to attend the full moon party and have a comfortable base.

Pool area is a bit neglected and there should be more sunbeds in the beach front for the amount of rooms they have.

The staff was very kind. The hotel is in xentral location.

Need some small fixing, but very good place

Staff member Thor was very helpful and knowledgeable and made our stay much better!The food from the bar area was good and priced well.

30 years ago this place was probably great, has seen better days, needs much renovation.

Dusche etwas heruntergekommen

Just a bit old shitty door locks and scraggy. Tripping over thit everywhere but great location

First, they gave us a room where I got a slight electric shock from the heater while taking a shower. I'm glad I wasn't seriously hurt or killed. After that, we asked for another room, and they gave us a new one, which was much better. The main problem is the lack of furniture in the room. Besides two chairs, we had nowhere to put our stuff - no wardrobe, no desk, nothing. Just two chairs and a small glass table.

We lived in a house directly on the beach. The house was very clean with air conditioning. Very attractive location and good standard I definitely recommend it for spending a few nights.

The hotel is probably in the best spot on Haad Rin beach. I came here for 3 days and stayed3 weeks. Love the location and the proximity to shops and restaurants and walking streetfor evening street food dining. I also enjoyed the bar by the swimming pool.would I come back? In a heart beat.

Beachfront

Old furniture and building. Old facilities and not clean. There were residues of body paint on the walls in the bathroom from god knows when

The property’s location was ideal, perfect for the full moon party and right near 7 eleven, the pool was very nice and near the beach

The room wasn’t very clean, shower was mouldy and floors were dirty too

We booked this property to go to the full moon party, we stayed in a beach villa which was perfect for what we wanted it for, the pool bar is great too, they play good music and serve you drinks in the pool, all the staff are great here so friendly and helpful. It was quite hard to get to sleep with the noise during the full moon party but you are right in the centre of the party which is what we wanted so we can’t complain.
