Staff was great, very helpful. Great resort, beautiful.

Ability to get a taxi, very difficult.

- Beautiful views- A great beach within walking distance of the hotel, and it’s fairly uncrowded (we visited other beaches where it sometimes felt like Anapa in terms of the number of people)- Friendly staff — smiling and always ready to help- Calm evenings, with soft, subdued lighting around the property- Breakfasts are decent and change regularly, with a good selection of fruits

- Breakfasts at the restaurant are varied, but there aren’t enough staff to clean tables quickly, so it’s not always easy to find a clean table- The coffee isn’t great — installing a proper automatic coffee machine with good coffee would easily fix this

Amazing place, vet calm and beautiful resort. The breakfast is very good . Staff super nice.The location is far from the center of the island but for us it was a plus, the area is much more calmer

The staff lied us twice! Firta, we’ve told we should checkin at 13:00, but when we came at 13:20, they say we need to check in at 14:00, because they never admited they said 13:00!! Second time, at restaurant we’ve told we can pay with card, by paying extra 2% fee, but when we paid, they put 5%!!! Be carefull when talking with those ladies at reception…they are completely useless!!!!!

2 pools. The main one is huge and wonderful. Short walk to the beach. Good restaurant. Wonderful resort.

Excellent hotel - very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The territory is beautiful and full of greenery, with a huge swimming pool and plenty of space to relax. The breakfasts are delicious and varied, the staff are friendly and attentive, and everything feels well organized. Located right on the seafront, offering amazing views and easy access to the beach, a perfect place for a peaceful and enjoyable holiday!

Poor maintenance, The GYM most of the devices are out of work, swimming pool in the side we were wasn’t very clean, Coffee machine broke and during all of our stay, wasn’t fixed… we try to tell the staff about the GYM and other issues but they say they cannot fixed, we were disappointed about that… we were expecting for a minimal accountability or offer a refund (we needed to use another GYM and paid for it)

You can hear noises from other rooms. The beach is close but there is no service of chairs and umbrellas.

At the first night we went to the reception to ask for another to put on the bed as a topper and we were told that it isn’t possible because of the hotel policy, about the fact that the ac was smelling of mold they haven’t even cared. The night woman at the reception was rude to the point we thought we would cancel our stay.The breakfast is less then decent everything is out in the hot mornings of kopangan which kinda ruins the food.We had to call the reception everytime we wanted our room to be cleaned cause it felt that they skipped on our room everytime.

Great hote, great staff, amazing location, beautiful clean pool. The staff are so friendly and accommodating. The breafast was great and had lots of options. We loved it and enjoyed it and we wait for our next visit

Beautiful place. Located perfectly with a great swimming pool. BUT, there is no service at the pool side and the beach of the hotel is actually a boat dock, so we had to go to the hotel nearby and spend our time over there. The staff was a bit stressful and at times a bit hostile,

Love this spot because it is quiet and away from the crowds. Gardens are beautiful and nature is plentiful. Too bad the second pool was murky but we understand since they were waiting on a part after the Feb flood. Good breakfast with lots of options. Staff in all areas are lovely.

I booked the Deluxe Room, it was big with private entrance and nice view (pool). It's quiet and the pool is big (but lack of sunbeds, taken very early by people).

You don't have beach facilities directly at the hotel. You can access the public beach nearby, passing another hotel, but it's not part of the hotel. Also, the hotel is quite isolated, with limited options around (restaurants, bars etc..) not very lively but quiet. The hotel offers taxi services though.
