Phangan Beach Resort

Cleanliness was amazing in the room and also the grounds were meticulously maintained as was the beach etc!!! The beach area was quite large with plenty of room to have space for yourself. The area was quite cosy around the bar and food amazing!!

The fan room was very hot and basic for the price although they kindly brought me in a larger fan. No fridge so any drinks would warm quickly.

We booked the deluxe beach bungalow that faced onto the beach, and whilst it was a little expensive compared to the local area, it was definitely worth it as the hotel and bar area facing the beach was paradise. We loved it!

The staff was exremely rude and disrespectful, the manager yelled at me on the phone and then send her husband to come and threaten me in front of all the other guests.

The property quality build and facility is very poor condition, the cleaning of rooms was very basic and not enough at all

There was that this staff member there called ZO or Ho or something really really bad guy a liar, no helper just killing the vibe so much very rude person

They charge you a fee for paying the stay with credit card, which I didn’t see specified in my booking. While the location is good, taxi services are very expensive and not “private”. Our hotel called us taxis and we had always had to share with people additional to the high costs of moving around. Also, with low tide the beach looks terrible.

Very nice resort! Great location, nice swimming pool, amazing food and beach bar. Rooms are clean and comfy. The owners and staff are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

The resort is beautiful and located right on the beachfront, offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The pickup and drop-off service for the Moon Party was well-organized and convenient.

The washroom did not have a bidet shower, which is very inconvenient for Muslim guests. The road leading to the hotel was also in poor condition. During check-in, the staff simply handed us the key and told us to go without offering any assistance. It was very difficult to carry heavy luggage across the beach, especially since we were unfamiliar with the location of our room. No one from the staff accompanied us or offered to help, which made the check-in experience quite frustrating.

Fantastic beach hut resort, excellent food and kind and attentive staff. The location is good but it's serious tourist location.

It was too touristy for what I was looking for. But still a very beautiful place and some lovely staff. Way and So-So were fantastic!

Not easy to get to or from without your own transport. A 2 level room and steps into the bathroom.

The road to come in the hotel need to build with concrete or any kind of better road to access the hotel

The resort was beautiful and clean with everything you needed! The staff were very helpful and friendly. In particular the beach bar guy Soso! Location to the shops and restaurants was only a 5/10 minute walk away.

The bar and restaurant closed at 9.30pm.

Great hotel with excellent facilities. I stayed in the bungalow that had fans and not an air-conditioner. It was decidedly unpleasant because of the heat inside even with 2 fans in operation. Pay the extra amount and get the air-conditioned bungalow.The food in the restaurant was exceptional and well priced.. A short walk to the main road you will find currency exchangers and supermarkets. The hotel also organises scooter hire, taxis and ferry tickets. Scooters are essential when staying there.Hotel staff were always helpful.

Nice cozy little bungalows right on the beach. The room seemed to be newly renovated and was very new. The resort has a nice beach bar and chill places to lay on the beach, where it’s very quite.

The only downside was the way to get there, as the road that leads directly to there is closed and there’s a sign that says not to enter. However the guy from the hotel told us you can walk there but not go by motorbike. With the motorbike or taxi you have to take a road that goes a little more around.

Near the beach, even though the water was really shallow and its not possible to swim in it.

They will try to charge you for everything, even the small things. Zero sense of hospitality (its not run by Thai people).No bidet shower in the toilet (!!)Their restaurant has mediocore food with long waiting times, and above average prices.

This hotel is one of the very best we stayed in during our 6 weeks in Thailand. Amazing staff (especially Wai, Soso and Lin) - could not do enough for us and so funny and friendly. The beach location was amazing, literally out of bed and o to a paradise beach. The beach hut was small but clean and had everything we needed including great aircon. Lovely comfortable beach furniture to watch the se and the amazing sunsets. The resort restaurant was so good we did not eat anywhere else for the three nights we were there.

Wish we could have stayed longer but they were fully booked!
